6 cases so far. All on flat road, no jumps. I dont do jumps either but pothole can make big stress on some parts. Were releasing new episode on this topic soon where we will discuss further why this might happen and is it sorted with new steel upgrade.
My Nami came with rear motor not working, I never jumped it never got more than 40ks distance from it and now both controllers don't work. All I got in group when I still had fb was abuse and the maker was always rude and absolutely no help. A year later now and still crap.
The person who sold it to you should’ve helped you as well as giving you a one-year warranty when you bought it. If you’re expecting people in a Facebook group to fix your scooter, I don’t know what to tell you. Michael Sha sells them to the retailer and the retailer sells them to you.
It’s funny that you say they’re not made for doing jumps, but yet Nami advertise them as that. So I had a BMX bicycle growing up as a kid, and I took that off of big jumps and everything in between and it never broke. So you’re telling me that something with dual suspension and weighs 100 pounds cannot take curbs and small jumps?? that’s like telling me my dirt bike is not made for the dirt. I’m sorry but a $4000 vehicle that is advertised by the manufacture, as taking jumps higher than I do is not going to be hurt by going off of curbs. Now, of course, I’m not suggesting to go off of any jump higher than two or 3 feet. I honestly can’t count the number of curbs I’ve jumped off of. You’re saying that nine times out of 10 the scooters break because of abuse, that sounds reasonable however, you don’t have any facts in front of you. And how can you consider something abuse when it is advertised as being able to do it by the manufacture in videos, showing people jumping them? To each their own, but if you want to buy a high-powered vehicle and not squeeze every last bit of performance out of it then you’re wasting your money. Might as well get a ninebot, and even that I took over plenty of curbs.
@@-renoboarder-4820 no sh..t Dick Tracy , but if the retailer advertised like it was the new model that's false advertising. Your not sounding to intelligent as it's taken almost a year to respond, sounding like a very slow individual to me.
Had no idea about this issue, past scooters are notorious for snapping stems, it's a huge weak point with the materials and geometry. thanks for reopening the subject.
Loved Nami scooter frame but hate having putting up with single stem and this is why I loved looking front end like mini MX bikes are better performance then most single stem and also they should of made stem like vsett11+ then it would never snapped like single stem
I narrowed my purchase down to a Nami Burn-E 2 and an InMotion RS. I went with the RS due to many of the things that you touched upon in this video. This will be the highest quality/most expensive scooter that I have purchased so I went with the RS from VoroMotors and purchased an additional 2 year warranty. Voro is only a 30 minute drive from my house. If ANYTHING goes wrong, they will see my face in-person. I'm not taking any chances.

@@sauceboss4670in between the time that I wrote that comment and the time I was supposed to get my RS, it had a couple of delays so I canceled it and went with the Nami Burn-E 2 Max. I couldn’t be happier. The build quality, customizing the p-settings, suspension and speed has been amazing. I swapped out the handlebars for longer bars, added a finger throttle and an Erexx damper. No complaints at all.
That is very concerning! I passed on buying a Nami because of the death wobble issues and also because I've heard they have weak stems. I pre-ordered the RS and I'm hoping it proves to be more rugged. Either way I've heard good things about the company standing behind their products. Fingers crossed.
@@Patriot36 I heard good things about InMotion and good reviews on the RS. I've heard a LOT of bad things about Nami (broken stems, brake sensor issues, really bad CS when issues arise, death wobble issues at higher speeds, etc).
As long as the frame board remains okay then the steering columne should be replaceable. Is it possible to install a dual crown scooter steering column onto the Klima or Burn e like the kind you see on thr Kaabo wolf warrior X?
Now anyone can ask for a replacment upgraded part that is steel i dont know if u have to pay for it but thats why i waited to order mine so it comes with that steel part
I have an vsett 9 pro with 52v 17.5Ah battery. I honestly think that the more money you spend on "new" electric scooters the riskier it gets. Nami is so new that it has some flaws. They are supposed to test the scooter actively, not just a top speed test, but with everything. It sucks that they skip corners, like many new scooter brands. And namis are not cheap. I hope they learn from their mistakes and i know that these problems will affect the brand.
I mean these are made in China, Kaabo and Niu have reports of doing the same. I get people want to save money and get more bang for the buck but sometimes paying a little extra for buying reliability is worth it.
You shouldn't be buying it. It should be provided and replaced free of charge. If that for example break you'll be at blame because it wasn't fitted by official approved technician.
Kaabo mantis had stem snaping. Kaabo listen to community send bigger clamps owners. And redesigned stems. This is how it's suppose to be done. Pretending that problem don't exist is very disappointing.
Should of built with CNC machines to make it front fork suspension like vsett 11+ and zero 11x that be cool if Nami didn't put any single stems Most single stems are most unsafe ever seen so far and that is why I loved seeing vsett11+ has better front fork suspension are like MX and MTB style are best shape ever rode so far and so glad never buy single stems and better of make it nice CNC parts to make it more stand out into different style in Nami in future

The scooter is designed not to jump! Ofcourse it is, they gave it 2000w motor to go 10mph an hour? The problem is design, the hallow aluminium bar where it joins front wheel shaft to body and same goes for back wheel should be thicker not like thin paper, other problem is that aluminum is already weak because they use die casting not forged.
