In this video you can hear the Waveforms (PWM) generated by the SIBAC IGBT-VVVF traction converter (AC: E 1600 D 2261/580 M135req and DC 3,0KV: G 3000 D3041/580 M135req) of the ÖBB 1216 Taurus (SIEMENS ES64U4) locomotive.

The traction converter pictured at 0:06 is a SIBAC family IGBT converter of the ES64F4 instead of the ES64U4 (which this video is about) since I had no picture of the actual converter available. They are similar but not identical. The converter of the ES64U4 has TCU and CCU contained in one single compartment, therefore it is mechanically different.

The acceleration pattern is Async(100-280Hz→280-500Hz; the second rise is much slower than the first)→Adv-15P(0→1)→Adv-13P(1)→CHM11P(1→2→3)→CHMW9P→CHMW7P→CHMW5P→1P, braking is 1P→W3P→CHMW5P→CHMW9P→CHM9P(2)→CHM11P(2→1)→Adv-13P(1)→Adv-15P(1→0)→Async(280-460Hz).
I would actually say that right after 500Hz async comes a 17-Pulse mode. But I am not sure, I would need a much clearer recording to judge this correctly.
What do these abbreviations stand for? Pulse patterns?

Yes.
I believe this is the same inverter as the Vectron, otherwise it shares a similar PWM setting.

It is some generations older. The internal layout is to some extent similar but completely different at the same time. The SIBAC phase modules as well as the SIBAS32 TCU are of an older generation in the ES64U4 converter compared to the Vectron.
The converter nameplate is also very different.
As far as PWM goes, I haven't yet gotten the opportunity to record a Vectron. Judging by acoustics only they are different.
