    Hi @GroheAmeria - My system sprays water around where the blue hose connects to the adaptor (as seen at 1:11). It seems the clamping / sealing system has changed as my system and instructions show a different red clamp from the one in the video seen at 1:17. Please advise how to proceed.

    Hi Grohe, In 5:11 in the video, the plastic PVC connector shown broke on my system. Can you point me to the place or model number so I can get a replacement please. I've been looking for several months with no luck. Thank you!

    Can anyone suggest a fix when the bubble of the sparkling water are flat?

      same question. this is the crux of the matter. It seems the sparkling water is just cloudy with minor bubbles that quickly dissipate. Grohe, please advise.
