@ansata1976mb Carl Christian Moller (June 2, 1823 - April 2, 1893) was a Danish band leader and composer. His father was also a musician and C.C. Miller was already a boy employed in the civil artillery Band, and later became "hoboist" (= musician) in the second Brigade Band. Additionally, he played in Hans Christian Lumbye orchestra.
@ansata1976mb He attended the three year war as a musician, but from the early 1850s he lived the rest of his life as director of various orchestras, first for different traveling theater companies, but in the years 1857-64 and 1875-85 for the Public Theatre's orchestra. From 1875 to his death he was also a popular leader of the Tivoli Concert Band.
