Say what you want about Daylyt but that sign language + slow it down is just pure genius and hilarious :) Dude is creative with it and brings energy everytime… Every other battle emcee comes with their own "style" and "bars" at the end of the day no one is putting effort in to make a true difference… It's like when Wu-Tang first came out for me.

Regardless of Daylyt's performance, Ciddy still deserves credit for the shit he was spitting. He had bars in every round... some light punches, name flips, haymakers, and wordplay. Ciddy 3-0.

Ciddy finally has his craft perfected.....SMACK set it up. This would be good if Daylyt took any of these undertier battles seriously. But He doesn't have to. He might arguably have the most consistent loses this year, but because of his antics and potential when he actually takes battles serious, he'll still get top teir battles like B Magic. When you see him against B Magic(Top Tier) you see a different side of Daylyt showing that he can be top teir when he wants to be. #Novel lol

here's how i look at it...daylyt is ok when he's serious but he ain't a serious bar spitter like danny myers...that catz a beast and a problem for any top tier battler...i'm an artist myself so i peep all the artistry involved...very few get my attention....and if we really want to put daylyt against top tier artists he should just go against loaded lux and see if all the antics help him bar for bar against a top tier battler like him...just give the kid m.ciddy his probz as far as bar for bar...rhyme for rhyme...line for line daylyt is just wack in that respect...all honesty put day up against one of the heads from Goon Platoon or real deal...he would get severely out matched

I don't know why people are complaining so much about Daylyt.He only recycled some of the lines in his first round and all the material in his 2nd and 3rd round was new.You could also tell because in his 1st round he was about to do the MK scheme,but he recycled earlier to finish stronger.Just check out the "Higher Rhymes" part in round 1 and 2.Some of his latter lines in round 3,people weren't even getting,even though he was cooking,so he had to hit them with the "Yall not listening".This is pretty good seeing that he had B-Magic a week after this battle and the performance he put on with him.Why are people just coming to the video to hate.At least he remixed a few of his old lines in round one,instead of choke flat out and you guys still say he didn't show up?

2 things i always get from these videos, 1st Daylyt is better than a lot of people are saying. Maybe some are too young to get his old school video game and comic references. 2nd is that the photographers are not very professional letting the focus beep on and shooting next to the video cam. Get a 70-200 and turn that beep off.
I'm gonna try to tackle the issue from a different angle... the 'problem' with what Daylyt is doing here lies in something he said twice in this battle: "they're not listening..." So his whole attitude is like why should I try if they don't. In a way he is mirroring what some fans or non-fans are giving him, and he's been doing that for a while now, but by doing that he leaves us, the ones who care, out of the equation. Daylyt, why don't you do it just for the ones who like what you are doing when you really spit bars, why don't you just be a genius with words and not care anymore about those who seem to bother you. You would win - and I mean on an artistic level - if you would freed yourself from certain negative things. You're spending too much time having a conversation with your 'enemies'... and bring it upon yourself more and more.... you could have had a great battle with M Ciddy here, M Ciddy is mad nice... do it for the ones who like you ! Either your heart is in it or not. We want to see you rise artistically, not compromise yourself in some silly things... unfold your talent Daylyt, don't let things get in the way of what could be great... as an artist you do have a responsibility... You can't have the assumption that "they'' are not listening as an excuse for not doing it. You should do it regardless. And what's crazy is that your last bars were wonderful man...

What's crazy is I think if he had more time he would have prepared better. Its crazy Reign Man backed out like a business week before the battle. You can hear Ciddy shit fire but some of it could have been said to other rappers. Neither one probably had real time to prepare, just Ciddy is always a solid rapper,but has on-off performances, and Day probably know he can say some crazy shit,but entertain his way through a battle.
