wow that’s such a powerful message. i live in hongkong and the protests right now are really disturbing my everyday life, skl is cancelled, streets i grew up in are destroyed, burned, i live in the country side and it is hard to get to the city bc transportations r being burnt as well. the energy is so tense as everyone is worried about our future. and it’s hard for me to see my boyfriend who lives an hour away from me when there r no transportations. i have been rly tense and my heart has been beating so fast for the whole day. i turned on youtube n somehow got here and now i feel so much better. i do know that letting go is the key, but this video just reminded me to do it in the best way ever. thank you.

The mind will run constantly, regardless. The point is not to participate in creating thoughts consciously. Meditate daily, use practices to ground yourself and observe your existence instead of partaking in Being the ego which is suffering - emotion/thought. Realise that every time you feel a worry, anxiety or fear it is not the entirety of YOU, it's just happening by itself, and you are just as fine as you would be with or without the worry or fear. The breath still runs, the heart still beats. Every time the anxiety seems to take its hold, zoom out o yourself for a minute and put your full attention/focus on your breath or the beating of your heart. It will make you realise that no matter how grave the mind's suffering is, it's not you, it's just a happening that you had chosen to be a part of. Whether or not it happens, has no real effect on you as you are infinite presence, the world and existence in entirety.
This is very wise.. All the abandonment.. Fear of love, fears passed onto us about life about God.. You will notice are gone for a short second in the moment you awaken in the morning.. But immediately we start to stir old fears and thoughts and the rested mud comes up again.

Look at now the global COVID_19 pandemics, may be there are something you can see and understand " all created by men " for yourself. In Buddhism, the lord Buddha told us " all created by the mind. Don't believe your mind. Don't believe any of it ". Buddha came to this world 2658 years ago in India. He walked all over India and preached the Dharma to millions of people til he was 80. A real noble human walked on earth and met by many some from other local Indian religions disciples. The Buddha's teachings in 50 years were recorded. They are called Sutras or Suttas. You don't want to even read or believe any other regions if you are a follower. BUDDHISM IS THE MOST PEACEFUL RELIGION IN THE WORLD !

wow that’s such a powerful message. i live in hongkong and the protests right now are really disturbing my everyday life, skl is cancelled, streets i grew up in are destroyed, burned, i live in the country side and it is hard to get to the city bc transportations r being burnt as well. the energy is so tense as everyone is worried about our future. and it’s hard for me to see my boyfriend who lives an hour away from me when there r no transportations. i have been rly tense and my heart has been beating so fast for the whole day. i turned on youtube n somehow got here and now i feel so much better. i do know that letting go is the key, but this video just reminded me to do it in the best way ever. thank you.

Advice I really need to learn and repeat !!!! My mind is the hardest thing to clear . 😔
The mind will run constantly, regardless. The point is not to participate in creating thoughts consciously. Meditate daily, use practices to ground yourself and observe your existence instead of partaking in Being the ego which is suffering - emotion/thought. Realise that every time you feel a worry, anxiety or fear it is not the entirety of YOU, it's just happening by itself, and you are just as fine as you would be with or without the worry or fear. The breath still runs, the heart still beats. Every time the anxiety seems to take its hold, zoom out o yourself for a minute and put your full attention/focus on your breath or the beating of your heart. It will make you realise that no matter how grave the mind's suffering is, it's not you, it's just a happening that you had chosen to be a part of. Whether or not it happens, has no real effect on you as you are infinite presence, the world and existence in entirety.
This is very wise.. All the abandonment.. Fear of love, fears passed onto us about life about God.. You will notice are gone for a short second in the moment you awaken in the morning.. But immediately we start to stir old fears and thoughts and the rested mud comes up again.

It's actually the simplest thing in the world. Do nothing but walk away. Wait a little. Re-examine the evidence. From your mind to that water.... It's not a difficult situation, it's ego that makes us want to fight simple decisions. Fight your ego. Not this teaching.
