Big thank you to St Joseph Hospice, they most likely will never see this but the fact you took care of my mum makes me forever thankful for your whole team. I did this fundraiser to show how thankful i am for everything and i want to try help provide something to help your team help other people who is in the same condition as my mum. When i was 2 years old both of my parents and my brother died in a car accident and i was moved into child care and i got a foster family. I have to live with knowing this for my whole life but you have to remember she is always watching out for you no matter what and she is in a better place!
