Montefiore Einstein’s Housing at Risk Program (H@RP) celebrates 15 years of support for safe and stable housing for Bronx patients at their inaugural H@RP Fair. The H@RP continues to establish new ways to secure affordable housing and prevent evictions, while also helping to coordinate care and empower people to get back on their feet.
