I appreciate your show and the topics you cover, but I'd like to offer a perspective as a medical professional on the subject of personal hygiene, specifically regarding how often we should wash our hair and body. The human body has a unique way of maintaining its balance with the environment. For instance, if you don't wash your hair for a few days, you might notice it starts to feel greasy. However, this natural oil, or sebum, is not merely a sign of dirtiness; it plays a crucial role in protecting your scalp. Sebum helps to prevent harmful bacteria from colonizing the scalp by maintaining an acidic environment that deters these potential pathogens. Similarly, frequent washing of the skin can disrupt its natural defences. The skin's surface is home to a variety of microorganisms that form a protective barrier against foreign microbes. Overwashing can strip the skin of this natural barrier, making it more vulnerable to infections. Moreover, as we age, our skin undergoes significant changes; it produces less keratin and natural oils. These substances are essential for protecting the skin's outer layer, the epidermis. Regularly stripping away these oils by over-washing can lead to dryness, irritation, and increased susceptibility to skin diseases. Therefore, it's generally advisable not to wash your body too frequently. This approach helps to preserve the natural oils and the beneficial bacteria that protect our skin from harmful pathogens. Balancing cleanliness with the preservation of our body's natural defences is key to maintaining optimal skin health. So Joy, I love you and appreciate your sports commentary, but on this particular subject, you might benefit from doing a bit more research to help provide your audience with a solid, teachable background of knowledge. Understanding the delicate balance of skin and hair care from a scientific perspective could really enhance the advice you share, ensuring it's both beneficial and medically sound
you have to appreciate the JY hierocracy. she brags about bring brash and arrogant (she is actually passive aggressive, but that's another conversation). then complains when those behaviors bring her attention and backlash, but also make her money for the moment. you can't have the cake and eat it too toots. almost any video I see of JT reinforces her need for therapy. moreover, what I see is someone who was had abuse issues in the past, and essentially has now become the abuser via projections and deflection. any good therapist can see this easily in almost any video she talks about whether drizzle drizzle, fame or dating. pretty privledge has gotten her a long way, versus Skip Bayless who managed to get to this level on merit.

You both are beautiful. Nipple covers or not men will always admire sexy women in sexy clothing. I love the look.

Joy thinks men gossip more because men she's been around gossip and she doesn't.
