How exciting to build your own home, but it’s always a good idea to go and see the land you want to build on in the rainy season to make sure it doesn’t flood but it’s really exciting time for you. I wish you all the best
Yes it’s quite a good offer on a property in hua hin But you need to buy here if you want to be able to afford later on as the railway will be here next year and prices will boom
Great villa - good prices. I am planning to move to Hua Hin and have to decide between Condo or Villa. MY big question is SNAKES. I am terrified of them. Lived in a pool villa in Spain and one morning there was a snake in my pool. Never used the pool again.... Do you get snakes in your garden/house in these gated villa complexes in Thailand ??
The answer is in short yes you do. My advice is learn how to identify what snake is what. It’s a totally different feeling when you can identify a snake and know it can’t kill you.
A very nice property I think it would have been presented better if it was a sexy Thai girl showing us around lol This one I would not consider I just don't get a vibe from the place but that is me. It will make a beautiful home for the right people. Good luck with the sale.
