Renowned filmmaker Godfrey Reggio (b. 1940) describes his newest film, Once Within a Time, in his studio at the Institute for Regional Education (IRE) in Santa Fe, NM. Reggio is probably best known for his seminal 1982 film Koyaanisqatsi, which the Smithsonian named as one of the 100 most important film of the 20th century.
