Western countries are barely sending anything to Ukraine, but the things our countries are sending are being used by Ukrainians to liberate their country from oppression and russian influence, and they will be successful.

these are relatively new RS-24 Yars ICBMs with a range of up to 12,000 km. Conventional missile silo rearmament

Taking into account the high failure rate of the russian missiles their own population should worry a lot caused by the possibility of friendly fire. Does anybody remember the S300 that boomeranged their own launching site some moths ago.
What comes to mind is an IBM veering off course, failing to engage boosters correctly, flying in a nice arc landing right inside moscow and to top it all off - failing to detonate. Pure art.

The US Minuteman centers are even more outdated. They still use 3 1/4" floppy disks for some functions and other equipment from the 70s. I've heard horror stories about our ICBM sad state. Morale is terrible.

As of 2021, American nuclear forces on land consist of 400 Minuteman III ICBMs spread among 450 operational launchers. Those in the seas consist of 14 nuclear-capable Ohio-class Trident submarines, nine in the Pacific and five in the Atlantic. Of the stockpiled warheads, the U.S. stated in its March 2019 New START declaration that 1,365 were deployed on 656 ICBMs, SLBMs, and strategic bombers.[15]
