WOW oh WOW Blake - I have not seen many libraries like this - not even close. And I poked around some through UA-cam. Well so many young students - working and it feels like the library had an addition where you walked in on the first set of stairs. Not really sure - but so different from the old part of the library. I love libraries - I think I could get used to reading & working in this one. Thanks for the heart warming tour.
The same for me Andrew, unparalleled! It was actually an old palace that was converted into a library, so that explains the beauty. Parts of it were preserved.
Yes, there was the bottom floor which looks more like a library we're used to, and other floors above. It's that floor that really stands out.
If I had discovered it earlier in my time in Budapest, I would have been working there every day!
