Hello from Canada again Keith. It's been awhile since I wrote you friend, but nothing has changed about my viewing 'The High Road". I love it Keith. As I told you a long time ago, I am a former service man, civil servant injured on the job and in a wheelchair for life. I still range shoot, and I thank God everyday for the opportunity. It is people like you Keith that share their blessed lives with people like me, and I TY from the bottom of my heart. Canada loves you Keith, there's a whitetail here for you anytime...even an elusive black bear...LOL! Thank you Keith.
I served, as my ancestors did, so this county was free and everyone had an opinion. Even rude people like you are entitled to your feelings, even when not solicited. Do us a favor and keep your comments to yourself, until you have a more intelligent thing to say. I am not a hunter, however, I realize their impact on conservation worldwide. It would serve you well to enlighten yourself to the truth and not react to your "knee-jerk", immature emotions that stymie your growth as an informed adult.
Hello Keith, thank God for the folks praising you here because it seems like you get your share of misinformed critics as well. Just want to say thank you for all ventures you share with us as well as the educational aspects. I grew up with a grandfather and uncle that hunted together on a regular basis. Although I never became a hunter, at age 54 I am more than ready to start now! I am already an avid lover of everything nature and this I feel will allow me to have an even deeper appreciation. Keep up the great life Keith. Dave B. of Connecticut.
I love the great mix of hunting, humour, information and professional composition of your programmes. Keep up the great work Keith and give your team a big pat on the back.
Keith I just want to say thank you the bottom of my heart for everything you for hunters and the outdoor community. I hope one day I will get to meet you and shake your hand and tell you that face to face. Its because of people like my son will be able to enjoy the things we love. And being from Florida I absolutely love hog hunting with dogs. I grew up doing that in NW Florida. Next time Keith if you guys catch a good boar like that cut him and make him a barr hog. He will put on more size and grow heavier longer cutters.
My wife made alligator chili with a little cubed ham and beans. Man was that good! She won the cook off too. Those Cali folk never knew what hit them! haha
As someone who lives outside the U.S, I must say...... I cannot read that comment without a thick, stereotypical yokel accent in my brain. I do apologise 😔
thanks keith for a show that I enjoy watching. and its nice to see a host that shows respect for the animals you hunt and doesn't live for the kill like some others I've seen.
Understand; I am a hunter from way back. I enjoy the chase, and I enjoy the end result (food on the table that I can say I got!) BUT... Keith; only you can make killing something sound so fun!
Keith Warren is the most sensible conservationist out there...He doesn't gloat over killing animals...it is just part of the job...I appreciate the professionalism of his conduct and that he doesn't take the name of God in vain! Thanks Keith!
Some will get neutered and turn loose to grow bigger. Others of poor genetics are killed. You want to keep the gene pool alive for better stock. You don't want too much inbreeding. This old Florida boy told you that. 10 miles north of rodman dam I don't need a Hunt club. Sit on the porch and wait for it to come by 🤔😎
Hey Keith this is my wife channel but had to comment about ur channel and I been watching you on UA-cam now over a week man great videos u have 👍 my wife dad got me into this I never been hunting in my life but he’s had showing how great is the outdoor is thanks 🙏
I know this vid is years old but I've watched a view vids on your channel and I'm glad I've found it. Don't know how I wasn't shown your channel in the past. Ive been hunting with my dad when I was younger but not hogs. I'm definitely subscribing. Ive been learning alot from your channel. Especially about how hogs and Coyotes are ruining farmers land and livestock. I'm from Indiana and I can't wait to take a trip down south and check out how hog hunting works. Your a cool man Keith. Need more guys in the world like you 👍
You're very good and interesting videos. I grew up in Germany in one hunting family and pursue even yourself ... But hunting in good old Germany is not as exciting as in other countries. The best hunts I had in South Africa .... Please turn further such films Best wishes, a fan from Germany.
Keith, you’re the real deal, we need more men in America like you and 45, who have the “nuts” to walk right into the fray... if you ever need a trusty sidekick to hold your gun, let me know... 😎👍🏻🇺🇸
What find funny is if keith hunts anything cute and fuzzy like the giraffe and people get so angry but when he takes anything they dont like its ok the giraffe was a nucense same for the alligators but the giraffe was a crime and this is fine
12:15 I'm a 14 year old boy who grew up with guns and I know how to mix tannerite and I see how she can think it's unsafe but as long as you know how to use it it's perfectly safe
Always enjoy your video's, and this one really brings a question to mind. I thought it is actually illegal to release a feral hog. Does this only apply to certain states, or am I just badly informed? Tannerite is, as you stated, as safe as can be. Takes a decent size rifle to enjoy the full effects!
fisheatsleep1 Good question. It's legal in Florida. I've gotten some heat for releasing that hog, but it's common practice when training dogs on how to work together. Catch and release hog hunting allows you to work spot and bay dogs more frequently in different situations than having to stop to dispatch each hog you bay.
And I’m in Florida for 50 years and I never heard of an alligator problem if they would pass out more of those tags you wouldn’t have maybe as many poachers and you wouldn’t have an alligator problem that I really don’t think he exists and I don’t hunt anything just in case you think I’m being biased. I love a good piece to get a tail . And years ago I used to go right out on State Road 84 and hunt rabbit for breakfast
I tried alligator meat once, in a Cajun restaurant served over hot salsa sauce. The spices took over the natural wild taste but it felt like I was chewing on rubber. the meat is so stringy. It was different.
You would like Robert Arrington. He is a guide through Deer Meat for Dinner. He is a well known gator hunter and guide and he is a really good hunter, and can dress out an alligator without nicking the hide. He reminds me of you. I wish you two could meet. He has a wonderful wife, and they both spearhunt, dive, fish, and hunt. Both.
***** I'm glad you mentioned him, and I agree him and Keith would be great together. Though seeing this video for the first time, I'd be curious for Roberts take on this method of gator hunting. Almost makes me wonder if Robert uses all those fishing lines and arrows and boomsticks just to make the hunt more "fun" for his customers.
It's illegal in Florida to use a gun on water (except when using shotguns to hunt ducks). This is why hunting gators with a gun is not done and other methods, such as bang sticks, are used. I must guess it was legal for these men to use a rifle to hunt gators because it was a large piece of private property and the body of water was small. But as far as I know it's always been illegal to shoot over water in Florida. I doubt they would do something illegal on video, so there must be an exemption in their case.
Hey Keith, I have invited plenty of people to view your videos where I participate in competition shooting on a regular basis. Last year I competed in 79 competitions, this year I hope to compete in over 100, When will you visit us here in Australia is my question.
there not as heavy as you think..real easy...we pull them alive..a peice of raw chicken on a that line, they going to get it in abt 5 seconds..once he swallowed it, give it a minute or 2 & pull it out..
Right around the 15 minute mark when you're pulling the gator out I noticed real quickly that its genital area that little slit bubbled up a couple times and then wen back to normal immediately what does that mean what was happening?
hunterdka Good question. It's legal in Florida. I've gotten some heat for releasing that hog, but it's common practice when training dogs on how to work together. TheGeodoctorcl Thanks for watching! Can you give me your name? I'd like to read your comment on the show if you don't mind.
Of course Keith, I'd be honored. My name is Ken Baird. It's an honor to be mentioned by you. TY my friend.

Man, fried alligator nuggets are the best. Never had alligator chili, but that sounds great
@@TCAPChrisHandsome Going to try that.

Why would you turn a hog loose?
The property probably profits a lot from these invasive hogs, so instead of killing them, they're letting them go.

This old Florida boy told you that. 10 miles north of rodman dam I don't need a Hunt club. Sit on the porch and wait for it to come by 🤔😎
I’d kill the small ones let the big one become huge ones and then shoot them and restart the process but with their offspring

Keith, you’re the real deal, we need more men in America like you and 45, who have the “nuts” to walk right into the fray... if you ever need a trusty sidekick to hold your gun, let me know... 😎👍🏻🇺🇸
I hunt in South Florida and the vegetation is extremely dense. I use open sights given the dense nature of the vegetation.

PP_ Clay Giraffes are threatened because of hunting
so many people rave about the tail and skip over other tasty bits like the jowl leg and ribs.
12:15 I'm a 14 year old boy who grew up with guns and I know how to mix tannerite and I see how she can think it's unsafe but as long as you know how to use it it's perfectly safe

What caliber gun was that you shot the hogs with I'm thinking 30-06
What model rifle did you use Keith? How was the muzzle break? Was the bang super loud?
Nothing like South Florida in the winter time...
Great job keep up the great vids
How come you let that boar go?
Don Frye he said in the video
Not every animal you see gets killed bro

Because of these guys the most of the animals are going extinct
Except hunting has provided the funds that have brought many animals out of endangered status. Controlled regulated hunting helps animals.
There are plenty of gators and hogs bud.
Hi kieth ime from England I have a gamo whisper air rifle I do a lot of hunting ide love to hunt hogs but rabbits birds foxes are all we hunt hear.
