You film little bloopers....... ouhhhhhhhh that's so cool....

The bloopers are usually what happens during voice recording... the puppetry to go with them is of course added after the fact. So they are both: actual bloopers and fake; depending on where your priorities are 😸

pretty neat! But I still know how hard the earcups are on these old Bakelite phones ;) And I actually knew you were serious enough to make an actual message in morse rather than random beeps :D

They are a bit hard, yes, but since they are nice and flat and the spring is not as bad as it might look, they are actually quite OK to wear. Wouldn't think of them as "entire day" phones of course, but for the occasional "radio hour" I can totally see them as OK.

@@atkelar true as you say. Since I also have a very similar pair myself I know they get a bit uncomfortable after a while.
I got this old Tube amplifier from 1930 that goes with them which is a Teco Electric headphone AM radio originally with a very nice piano finish inside and a mat black metal casing. I restored this to working condition except I usually convert stuff like this to have auxiliary audio input since there is literally no AM radio at all where I live anymore so it is pointless to make that work. But I can play anything I want through the almost 100year old tubes and the equally or even older headphones I got. I like that

Very well done. I wonder whether we will see an industrial sewing machine in a future episode.

I am not beyond investing in a rarely used tool... but I think those would be out of my price range 😊 - even used.

My Morse is bad but was it something about "to know more"? I am impressed for the amount of different skills you have the courage to attempt. I would never try to sew leather.
I deciphered it! SPOILER BELOW (click Read More)
Ah it is "Look at me pretending to know Morse"

Thanks! I'm trying to get proficient enough in everything I might need for my restorations. I subscribe to the full version of the old quote "A jack ofall trades" 😊
