GIANT Cinnamon Rolls (Disney's Gaston Inspired!)

Warning! These are absolutely gorgeous!
Cinnamon is one of my favourite spices and this huge roll is packed with it.
These are a copycat recipe and inspired by Gastons's Cinnamon Rolls in Fantasyland, Magic Kingdom, Disney.
As much as i love them i just cannot manage one to myself so they're really good for sharing.
They are best eaten warm so if you need to give them aping in the microwave for 30 seconds. I'd eat them within 3 days or less!
These big beauties have 2 toppings but you really could get away with one.
It's a pretty comprehensive demo so hopefully it'll help if you want to give them a go x
Ingredients below in cups and in the video its grams.
Dough
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups whole milk
6 1/2 cups plain flour
14g dried yeast
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
1/c cup warm water
2 eggs
Filling
2 cups light brown sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 cup soft butter
1/4 cup melted butter
Cream Cheese Icing
200g/8oz cream cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 cups icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
punch of salt
Butterscotch sauce
1/2 cup light brown sugar
4 tbsp butter
1/2 cup double cream
pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
