Would not stay here again. Even though we showed up with a confirmation # and paperwork they said they had no rooms. They could have offered a cold drink and seat while they worked it out. Instead they sent us packing with our luggage. We were sent off their property at night in the dark, they didn't even offer a cab. Three hours later our travel agency had us in the room we had originally reserved. It was all handled very unprofessionally. Still, what a beautiful little island they have there.
I went in 2018 and it is way better than this .... They really upgraded . It is way better now than in the video %100 recommend going now to mia Reef . The reservation restaurant is way more remodeled . The Outside rooms are way nicer than in the video . The lobby got a big remodel . The waiting room on the side is really nice it has a pool table , donuts , bread , it is really nice and when they do the fun things weekly like dance and everything it is outside not in the buffet/Bar . And there is a fish place like mariscos . There is also the king pool in the middle of the outside rooms and it is very nice the fishes are super close and it is beautiful. Everything got a big remodel %100 recommend going NOW .

El hotel se ve más bonito en esos tiempos, ahora está muy descuidado, la zona de la camas en la playa se ve muy limpia comparado de cómo está ahora lleno de piedras que e lástimas al caminar. Ojalá pudieran arreglar el hotel por que está en una zona muy bonita.
