His soulful role of an innocent bailgadi wala transporting Waheeda Rehman and telling her story of a village girl through the song 'Preet bana ke tune, jeena sikhaya. Hasna sikhaya Rona sikhaya. Gupchup tamasha dekhe, kahe ko dedi judai, kahe ko duniya banayee, tune kahe ko duniya banayee. His absolute innocence would meet the true ends of first, second and third confessions of grave blunders and swearing not to repeat in future life. Oh, it is so shocking to part with the eternal love in once's life and still forced to live without it admitting it to be a big mistake in life to have loved someone from the core of his heart. Oh my God, such a pure soul alone can be that of yours only where you live and bless. I feel as if Raj Kapoor Sahib has lived such a character in his life. It can be felt through your emotions. Every song was hit .Some are Mera joota ,aa ja Sanam,mud mud ke na dekh awara hoo,Dil ka hal sune, satyam shivam . A long list.
I don't think any other person would be able to narrate better the film career of the greatest showman of our times. Raj Kapoor ji was born to make films in his own style and entertain his audience to the fullest extent. Songs of the films he enacted are popular even today and ise sunke log apne aap kho jaate hai beethe huvey dinonko yaad karke.

Out of several bests of the then legend Raj Kapoor Sahib, I have always missed him for his top role in Teesri Kasam. His soulful role of an innocent bailgadi wala transporting Waheeda Rehman and telling her story of a village girl through the song 'Preet bana ke tune, jeena sikhaya. Hasna sikhaya Rona sikhaya. Gupchup tamasha dekhe, kahe ko dedi judai, kahe ko duniya banayee, tune kahe ko duniya banayee. His absolute innocence would meet the true ends of first, second and third confessions of grave blunders and swearing not to repeat in future life. Oh, it is so shocking to part with the eternal love in once's life and still forced to live without it admitting it to be a big mistake in life to have loved someone from the core of his heart. Oh my God, such a pure soul alone can be that of yours only where you live and bless. I feel as if Raj Kapoor Sahib has lived such a character in his life. It can be felt through your emotions. Raj Sahib, no one else would ever rule the hearts as you did. Great great Raj Sahib, you are always settled in our memories.
The credit must go to the great Shailendra and Phanishwar Nath Renu for all the story, songs, dialogues, screenplay, emotions and much more....both the lead actors infact gave much pain to Shailendra ji during the making of the film that broke him in many ways till his end.
