    My wife recently bought me the Guardian 3 with Black G-10 grip and the blade has the DLC finish. I was pleasantly surprised she got this. Since she's clueless when it comes to knives. I needed something like this to have on me and when in my office and as a EDC too. I'm constantly getting new samples of medical supplies. And I enjoy going thru the new products to sample. The Guardian 3 is perfect for what I need on daily basis. The blade is quite shape out of the box. Almost feels as sharp as a 10 Blade which I prefer for opening a patient for surgery.

      Also I love how people say "never cut towards you" that's only a problem if you aren't making controlled swiping cuts and you are just winding up and swinging the edge towards you, I cut towards myself all the time with no fear, drunk or sober 😉

    3.2 here . Love it . This and the BM hidden river . Love the sheath on the 3.0 and 3.2 versions . Not sure what the 3.5 offers but I’d get a 4 next for sure with the kydex sheath and an ulti clip if I feel the need for another knife in the future which I hopefully won’t , lol

    That knife just gives me the fizz. It is impressive how well the tip held up to all that carving. It is a little out of my budget right now, but it's going on the list!

    Lmao...I did the same thing,I bought the Guardian 4 and instantly fell in love so a week later I bought the Guardian 3 which IMO is the absolute best EDC fixed blade out..now I’m considering getting the Guardian 5.5

    I'm so grateful to those who comment on UA-cam. In the case of Bradford knives it has made all the difference to me. Those laser scars from the robotic processing are virtually never shown by reviewers, intentionally. I want nothing to do with Bradford knives or UA-cam knife videos. Cheers.

    I need the guardian 3. I've seen people take sand paper and dull the edge right at the finger so it doesn't cut skin

    A beautiful piece for sure. I especially like the looks of that Guardian 3. The horizontal carry sheath is a nice touch too. Unfortunately, that forward choil placing your finger right next to the edge is a no go for me. Shouldn't be a problem just whittling a bit but it's an accident waiting to happen in tired hands imo. Still a pair of very attractive knives though

    The Guardian 4 is a beautiful knife and always seems to get great reviews. It's on my list to own one day in 3V and g-wood!! My ESEE4 choil is a lot smaller so I filed a flat spot to keep from cutting myself. I do love the choil though! I like the ESEE LS choil the best where the Ricasso surrounds the finger.

    Planning on getting one but here is my criticism. I carry left handed, and would like to see either a reversible sheath, or from maker knife and Kydex option. From what I see online the kydex is aftermarket order.

    I believe the false edge or swedge is to aid in puncturing, but seeing how this knife is being marketed as a camping knife, it's a little strange to me

    I've always thought that coyote hunting was kinda weird. I mean it makes since to hunt them to lower the population if they're a nuisance on your property, but I've never understood why some people eat them. I mean they're like wild dogs, it's messed up when you think about it.

    Why does every knife review show batoning? What's the point? There is no need for it. Just put the stick in the fire. It'll burn. If it's too big find a branch that was originally higher on the tree than the piece you're trying to burn.

    • @jonathanbattey3901
      @jonathanbattey3901 3 роки тому +3

      Baton your way to dry wood in a wet environment, very useful

    • @grominwithrob1339
      @grominwithrob1339 Рік тому

      If you don’t use a cup of gas you typically have to process wood down finer and finer to increase the ease and likely hood of starting and maintaining the fire. Especially if trying to get a fire from a spark.

      Texas Kalboy - good to know! For some reason I thought they had a magnet for retention. The kydex would be nice for most edc but I love the design of that leather sheath. Horizontal carry ftw!

      I would be so upset losing a Guardian 3 from falling out of the sheath... I would go with a Kydex sheath for the better retention,especially for horizontal carry

Your chickens are not native to the land they have been forced on, the coyotes land, and you dare label the coyote as the problem.🤦‍♂️ There is far too much evidence today proving that a plant based path is the way for a sustainable and ethical future...REAL MEN DONT KILL COYOTES!!!

    there is no reason to hunt coyote except for boys to take out their bigger toys and kill something to feel strong. I do understand hunting to eat when you NEED to.
    I really liked your channel n got some good info but sadly I am un subcribing. I'm not against hunting, just against 'sport's'/ unnecessary hunting. Be Blessed.

      WarGrrl3 What if his area has been over run by coyotes that are killing the animals that you do hunt for food? Hunters care more about the environment than people who say they do but don't understand.

      There are valid reasons to cull coyotes. Here in Utah where The Late Boyscout lives, coyotes are a problem, they are a threat to livestock. The state pays a bounty to intice hunters to help control the population. It's a big complacaded world and sometimes things are not as simple as they seem.
