Richelieu - An Example Of Agile BB Positioning

The Richelieu is far from my favorite ship. The guns are terrible and the armor is sketchy, but it does have one strength, speed. Utilizing that advantage is much more difficult in a BB than utilizing armor or guns, which is why the ship can be quite challenging to play. You can find my build at the end.
