As my grandpa always said "YOU CAN"T RATIONALIZE IRRATIONAL BEHAVIOR", address the emotional need and then act accordingly. A lot of our elders had the WISDOM but how many are listening and then applying!!!!

Would you rather consult a successful entrepreneur for business advice or someone whom out of fear/caution, never started/run a business at all? The fact that there's a lot of failed entrepreneurs out there wouldn't be a sound argument for the choosing the latter.
I’d say someone who has never been married. You don’t have to currently be married to give good advice. If you have been in the trenches and did it once or twice I’d say that’s good enough.

And Paul before his conversion on the road to Damascus, was married with children. How do I know? Because you couldn’t be a Pharisee under the Law, without meeting those requirements. So when he changed from law to Grace, his ability to make money changed as well. He was serving the Lord rather than having the means to serve his family. And you see no mention of his family in the scriptures. She probably left and took his children, just like today. And Paul was also a black man as were the Israelites in antiquity. So the black woman has never changed, even today. She is gone at the first sign of adversity.

@@sevinbamuels6560 Under the law you can divorce. Under Grace you can not divorce. Under the law if the woman commits adultery then the man can divorce her. And I know that you don’t know your Bible because all of Paul’s books from Romans to Hebrews expounded on the fact that Christ died and was buried and rose again on the 3rd day. And belief in that scripture meant that we had eternal life and was no longer bound to the law of Moses. Paul’s chief purpose of going back to Jerusalem and speaking with fellow Jewish believers, was that they no longer had to keep the law and that the Gospel could also be spread to the Gentiles now. But the Jews (with Peter included), didn’t understand what he was saying. Just like you don’t understand what I’m saying at this moment.
Wanting to have a party and wanting to be a wife is NOT the same thing. A lot of modern women don't understand this. They think having the party equates to a marriage but when the actual work starts they run scared like frightened children in the night.

In our community there’s the hookup culture of third wave feminism and then you have this fake ass dating culture that the coaches and western media promotes. The good men do the dating. The Pookie’s and Ray Rays are given the chance to hookup, no real strings attached, and in many cases Keisha chases them for relationships while expecting the good man to chase her. The most successful demographics of people in America have the highest of marriage rates. We can enroll in college at a high rate and be the first in the family to graduate, but we need all of these great examples to tie the knot. It’s a me first mentality, which would not be a problem, if folk didn’t have children, and putting them at a huge disadvantage.

She wants to live with a man but not be married. In some states, that would be considered common law marriage. That's still a bad deal for the guy if he doesn't know the law. If they both have bills in their names at the same primary residence for a specific amount of time, she can claim common law married, file for divorce, take him to court, and take half of his earning. Fellas, either get married and stick it out, or stay single and don't allow her to have bills in her name at your place.

We, singles, would love for the healthfully and happily married folks to be louder than the others. I’m seeking out married couples more and more in real life and online. I just left a gathering where I was the only single and loved every second because I see the dynamics of Christian couples trying their best to raise godly kids. There are people who are doing the work to have stable, fulfilling marriages. Singles, don’t only consume the doom and gloom stories. Good, marriage-minded people are out here.

The blue book and the plane can do wonders for black American men. Yes there are some brothers who have gone the passport route and it didn't work out for a variety of reasons. That being said, I'd much rather take that route than entertain the dating and relationship culture that's engulfed the black American woman. God did a phenomenal thing when he created marriage unfortunately, you have so many people that are traumatized and jaded, and it affects their desire to want to be married. Although you cannot let your traumas rule you for the rest of your life a lot of people have not yet learned how to live outside of their traumatic experiences. And in some cases, marriage truly is not for everybody that should be respected as well.
Although I have no love for these Hyenas, and If don't trust the majority of them. But, they're are a few who that have a lil wisdom whether carry themselves that way, or not.
