    Ok
    You use 20 ml lidocaine 2% and 2 ml sodium bicarb
    and 1 ml 1: 200 000 adrenaline
    Then total volume 23 ml.
    This total volume you give it all at once or what?

    Instead u can take lignocaine with adrenaline 2%
