This game seems for big noob u owned it, idk what japanese foot enthusiast was thinking when he made it. I hope they release one where ur roll doesn't turn u as invulnerable and u lose hp permanently on death and also everything is just really slow for no reason to fix these issue
as a dark souls player i can say that it is very easy to destroy if you know what equipment is broken with which build, and i can also say that it is a masterpiece (i think the hardest one is dark souls 3, expecially in the second dlc) GOOD LUCK MY FRIEND
You know, Bed of Chaos isn't so bad as long as you properly watch for and shield the hands. But everyone laser focuses the floor and complains about the hands.
I could imagine him complaining about not being able to remove the curse while the video shows him walking past the female undead merchant without seeing her. Would've been a great joke!
If only players actually leveled adaptability in ds2 they would cry less. Sure its a forced stat about something that should've been given to you but seeing you are like level 200 easily by game end l see it as poor balancing stats out attempt.
No lie, the bonewheels are probably my favorite enemy design. Hate fighting them, but they're a fun design that asks "what if people who were tortured to death with one of those crazy medieval devices were reanimated?" and answers itself with "NYOOOM"
Lol agreed I think they are goofy fun enemies, but the ones in ds1 are just...clearly they were body builders before death because they hit harder than a truck lol
I feel like I'm the only person who didn't really have a problem with the bonewheels and I did Painted World before the Catacombs. I actually figured out how to lure them at a corner so I could make them target a wall and attack them after that, which didn't work as well in the pit before Pinwheel. I also keep running past them all the time inbetween beating Pinwheel and failing to make it to the next bonfire, which was where I learned to quit out while running lol
There's actually a glitch that makes consuming firekeeper souls insanely useful During a backstab or riposte animation you can open the menu, click "use item" on your firekeeper soul, then reopen the menu, and as soon as your animation ends click "use item" on your estus flask. I actually popped mine on my first playthrough because the DAMN GAME is all cryptic and shit, had to restart after O&S and literraly 2 weeks on Anor Londo when a friend told me I was doing it wrong lol
I absolutely loved this take on the game. Going from "One shot every boss in the game" to "Noob's first easy game" pov is hilarious to watch, knowing how much you've struggled.
@@DoomWolfOfficial I could tell. You're a trooper going through all the bs you do, so it's nice seeing you and similar content creators when you try to just enjoy a game casually for once.

I actually tried to do the quit out trick to destroy the wall, but I couldn't get it to work (hint: it was like 3 am and I was too tired to look up what I was doing wrong lol) so I just went with the ring because I accidentally picked it up earlier
My first play through I ended up going towards the graveyard, and died so much. Apparently some people didn't know the fire keeper's soul was a poppable soul, but I didn't even find one (missed the one in the church) until Anor Londo when I killed the fire keeper there, and I had heard that it could increase your estus. I got so excited that I popped it.... watching this video made me re live that pain, but either way this is a banger!
Yeah I feel bad for the people that popped it instead of using it, If I recall during my first play rough I did for the one in the church, but didn't understand what it did so I held on to the others I found, and eventually by chance figured out what it's actually for haha
there's also a stealth one in a different video! I can't remember which one but he uses the "what if I turned that shit up to 11... out of a possible 5?" from unicorn wizard :D love to see another nsp fan!!

The thing is that opening of running into the ghosts, and then the skeletons was my actual first experience with Dark Souls. I got so frustrated that I actually uninstalled the game. Months laters I would reinstall and give it another try only to find that small path to the undead burrow and have that black knight drop his sword. Game felt a lot different after that lol.

Add up this to first playghtrough "I died and lost my liquid humanity at first turn" and I just assumed that until I get this rite of kindling there is no point in using humanity. At some point I invested in faith to be able use some healing miracles but ultimately I reached Anor Londo with 5 estus uses :) Only then, when I was stuck with OnS duo I remembered rite of kindling and googled it, and discovered that I can kindle any bonfire to 10 estus usages even without said ritual.
I feel like many people went through something similar, back in my first run I was so confused about humanities in general and didn't remember the kindle to level up (key wording) to I was like "why would I need to be human and kindle??" Lol

I didn't even think of the first three lmao, the TotGs though I did consider, the issue is there was no real way to put that in narratively, would a new player push through? Give up and turn around? Quit all together (actually...that might have made for a better April fool's joke, video jsut ends after I immediately go there lmao)
I did toss around playing a different game (something that wasn't meant to be a joke video, and was actually super difficult) but I don't know if I would have kept the ds1 thumbnail, on the one hand we know dark soul's reputation (regardless of actual difficulty) so it would fit, but on the other would it be fair if I was playing something else? these are the questions I must ask myself lol

Sad there wasn't a slipping off the edge of the beach vs hydra(s), getting wombo combo'd by wraiths, or just the existence of the valley of drakes bridge.
Could've also gone to TotG sooner before the lord vessel and had to climb out because of the gold fog. Man would that suck.
I didn't even think of the first three lmao, the TotGs though I did consider, the issue is there was no real way to put that in narratively, would a new player push through? Give up and turn around? Quit all together (actually...that might have made for a better April fool's joke, video jsut ends after I immediately go there lmao)
The whole gire keeper soul bit is actually painfull to watch
tell me about it lol
8:00 that made me laugh 😂
I'm glad :)
No no they were talking about the second game, Dark Souls 2: The Soulsening
It seems I must challenge myself once again!
10:55 you got me there
he has since confirmed it was him lol
I can’t believe the impossible has actually been achieved
Right! This gaming feat has never been done before!
I havent played darksoul but for sure I'm punching my screen for such interesting strategies
Lmao, that means I did it right!
I did the same thing room did at the beginning by I spent 45 minutes trying it before noticing that there was a door like 25 deaths in 😂
haha, imagine if you had won though! The sense of triumph, then confusionwhen the game gave your your equipment lol
Ok I actually thought you were going to play something like fear and hunger when I saw that thumbnail 😂
4:05 thank you dark souls
This is just thank you dark souls the playthrough lol
Bro got the one of the best weapons right in the beginning
That was luck, and I def thought about tossing it for the meme, but a new player would probably have used it lol
Can't wait for you to try Dark Souls 2 next year for the first time.
I don't even want to look at DS2 again after what I just went through lol
You have a bionicle collection?
Depends, if I say yes will you disappear? Lol
@@DoomWolfOfficial Definitely not, I have one too.
