Interestingly, how come Feriha's parents are quite old compared to Koray's mum. Emir's parents are older, too, as Emir is only in his 20 in this drama. Frustrated with Mehmet he seems to be out of touch with reality. What he is on about be different and can't be like in the case of Feriha no matter what she can't be with Emir no.matter what he is sure they simply from different cast or level or whatever, different.

When I look back I actually realise Emir deserved so much more ! He accepted her despite all her lies, he went against his family, forgot himself, helped her to get out of the toxic house whereas Feriha has always been ungrateful, always caring about her toxic father, blaming Emir for not trusting her even tho she never really bothered to share anything w him the way she did w Levent, not even for once she took stand for Emir in front of her family ! If we keep their love aside she was hella toxic

That’s what happened in real life/stories to daughters who escaped arranged marriages or eloped; because they grew up in a strong family bond, with only a little bit of enticement they go back home only to be killed.
They both have their reason though. So a bit of conflict there. Emir's childhood was neglected by both his parents. That is the reason he doesn't care about his family, yet Feriha's childhood was different. Even she has been beaten up all his family, except his younger brother.

That's true. Even after some episodes she will leave him and her family for 3 years for no good reason and without any explanation. It didn't make sense she was so upset for her family when she escaped with Emir and than left them going very far. They both made mistakes. Emir's biggest mistake was hitting her and Feriha's biggest mistake leaving him for 3 years and letting him think she escaped with Levent.
No one can loves emir more than feriha in the world..she was always loyal with him it's just that she's not expressive like emir.. n her cruel family n people around her played with her psychology that she can't be happy.

That was the biggest lie in that serie , if Feriha could change anything should begining with herself, and that crazy brother or having a voice at home. A person who never did anything to change her own life,and got beaten almost evry day has no impact in anyone els life,speciely Emir, because he has a great personality from day one to the end of episode 3.

She is really a troublesome personality, together with her father and brother. I feel stress for Emir. He is trying so hard to make her happy She is so lucky to have his support.
I personally felt for Emir given that it is their legal wedding night, yet he couldn't even be intimate with his wife. It was all written on his face for being disappointed, but yet he understands how his wife feels. So understanding, he will wait as he understands his wife. Feriha didn't do justice here. Victoria Jessie Feriha is a complicated character , in fact a psychological case because she is the victim of domestic abuse by her father and brother . She has a pained and morose look whether she is happy or unhappy . The two men who love her Emir and Levant cannot help her because her lunatic father and brother have a complete hold over her Psychologically , even when they are not around . Emir is wealthy , educated , broad minded and willing to fight for her , she can make a clean break but of course since it is a Turkish soap it has to twist and turn and then end in Tragedy .

In truth, Emir’s parents didn’t like Feriah family is because they are of lower class and poor. But of course they didn’t want to be known as such. So instead they turn it around so the bad guys are the janitor’s family who’s after their money. There’s not a shred of evidence that Riza’s family is after their money. They pay their debt.

Seher who is a prostitute who is feigning pregnancy is brought home by Mehmet, and she is accepted , made comfortable in the old man's bedroom , the two lunatics father and son , cannot see through Seher , but Mehmet is jealous and resentful of Emir .Feriha says , "We are married now , but sounds like , we are dead now "!
Feriha is doomed to be sad! Emir tries his best to console her, love her but yet she's not enthusiastic enough. She's always putting a sad & angry face! Finally they'll not be together by the way the story goes.

Feriha's protection was gone and she needed someone to confide in, therefore drawing her closer to Levent. I never looked at it from this point of view. How could she not be wounded after such a significant loss? The family never supported her relationship with Emir. I don't know if this stemmed from what occurred, because Mehmet crashed Emir's vehicle and the family's struggle to repay the money, Emir moving into the apartment and taunting the family, their fear Feriha would become attracted to Emir and lose her purity, or Emir's affluence. Possibly all of these things. I've asked myself, after viewing the series again, what causes me to continue to be addicted to this show, which obviously insults the viewers intelligence. The thought of giving in to (sex) terrified her. Although it didn’t happen. She later said to Emir, I thought I died that night. Or as she told Emir in one of their fights, she tried to forget those women when she looks at his face. Or she’s grown up with the indoctrination from her mother. You remember Zehra beat her and often lectured her about not losing her “sparkle” or you end up as trash. So maybe this terrified her to cross the line. Feriha is a complainer with very negative energy! She always finds a reason to dampen their moods whenever Emir is trying to make her happy. Emir left his parents, school and a fortune just to be with her and all she can think of is a family that brutalizes her and always finding one excuse why they shouldn't be happy. I am tired of watching. She cares about everyone's feelings except Emir's. She can't even acknowledge and reciprocate all the effort he is making for their progress and happiness. Gulsum has started getting on my nerves ever since the new years scene. Even Feriha who was kidnapped by halil did not like she had gone through a major trauma. She acted like she was raped by koray just to make him agree to a loveless marriage. Almost all the characters are intolerable in this series except femir, koray, levant, lara, her mom, zehra and haldun
She didn’t act like she was raped. Even though she wanted the intercourse with Koray at the time, she later remembered what that would mean for her. For some people, virginity is a really important quality they look in a wife (most don’t agree to this anymore since women aren’t dolls). Still, to this day, our eastern region practices the cultures of Middle East, therefore many young girls are killed for bringing dishonour to their family since they are considered “used goods”. So after what happened with Koray, she didn’t only lose her virginity but also her worth and purpose in life. She would have been beaten, forcefully married off to some old man who would accept her “dirty body”, everyone would shame her in her village and her family would have taken her chance to go to university. Life would have been hell for her if Koray didn’t take responsibility. I don’t agree to any of these, many wouldn’t, but her family is bigotted.

Haldun? He was an excuse as a father and husband. Never listen to the warnings Sanem kept giving him about Cansu psychological state and even brought her in contact with Emir. He is the worst father next to Riza in the whole series.

Emir is wealthy , educated , broad minded and willing to fight for her , she can make a clean break but of course since it is a Turkish soap it has to twist and turn and then end in Tragedy .

I don't know if this stemmed from what occurred, because Mehmet crashed Emir's vehicle and the family's struggle to repay the money, Emir moving into the apartment and taunting the family, their fear Feriha would become attracted to Emir and lose her purity, or Emir's affluence. The thought of giving in to (sex) terrified her. Although it didn’t happen. She later said to Emir, I thought I died that night.
Or as she told Emir in one of their fights, she tried to forget those women when she looks at his face.
Or she’s grown up with the indoctrination from her mother. You remember Zehra beat her and often lectured her about not losing her “sparkle” or you end up as trash. So maybe this terrified her to cross the line. Although, she’s now married but it has not properly sunk in yet. Probably she didn’t feel it’s proper approval from her parents as it’s a secret marriage.

Feriha is a complainer with very negative energy! She always finds a reason to dampen their moods whenever Emir is trying to make her happy. Emir left his parents, school and a fortune just to be with her and all she can think of is a family that brutalizes her and always finding one excuse why they shouldn't be happy. I am tired of watching. She cares about everyone's feelings except Emir's. She can't even acknowledge and reciprocate all the effort he is making for their progress and happiness. Why not go back home and marry Halil!

Gulsum has started getting on my nerves ever since the new years scene. Even Feriha who was kidnapped by halil did not like she had gone through a major trauma. She acted like she was raped by koray just to make him agree to a loveless marriage. Almost all the characters are intolerable in this series except femir, koray, levant, lara, her mom, zehra and haldun

She didn’t act like she was raped. Even though she wanted the intercourse with Koray at the time, she later remembered what that would mean for her. For some people, virginity is a really important quality they look in a wife (most don’t agree to this anymore since women aren’t dolls). Still, to this day, our eastern region practices the cultures of Middle East, therefore many young girls are killed for bringing dishonour to their family since they are considered “used goods”. So after what happened with Koray, she didn’t only lose her virginity but also her worth and purpose in life. She would have been beaten, forcefully married off to some old man who would accept her “dirty body”, everyone would shame her in her village and her family would have taken her chance to go to university. Life would have been hell for her if Koray didn’t take responsibility. I don’t agree to any of these, many wouldn’t, but her family is bigotted.

The reason she was hella scared because first of all she came from a very conservative village and it was her dream to study in Istanbul and that one night can ruin everything!! u remember at first she was afraid to even shared the same bench with Koray .
Haldun? He was an excuse as a father and husband. Never listen to the warnings Sanem kept giving him about Cansu psychological state and even brought her in contact with Emir. He is the worst father next to Riza in the whole series.

Feriha crying because her father hung up the phone. I don't understand that emotion. Her life and education and career all were finished in a moment by the father. Instead of feeling her own feelings for herself she is getting emotional about her father is not talking to her. Feriha is that brainwashed by the family and culture in which she lived.
Imagine somebody beats the hell out of Emir and then throws him into jail like place forever, then would Feriha like to talk to or think about that person who did that to Emir even if that person is from Emir's family?
Feriha yelled at Koray in the hospital for Guncë. And here she is all emotional about the father who didn't utter a word to Mehmet who beat Feriha so bad and instead kill her life completely.
More many weak points in this serial as I already said that is made it average serial not...the best story...because of too much nonsense things, too much evilness cruelness, selfishness, cheap and mean and low mentality rudeness stubbornness, immaturity etc.. Mostly I never appreciate feriha character but hazal is most beautiful✨❤✨❤✨, talented, good looking personality, great 👏👏👏 and fabulous actress like her acting... 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
