You can use other tanks besides noir, lord skelly apparently works better than noir from what i heard, but lil turking works as well too. Though, i haven't tested these myself

In the meantime, you have to know that Exec CANNOT use :give armor, : invisible/fling allies in early game. While :fling/burn enemies will make your fight last longer Save cyber to debuff only fatboy and if possible, littlemen too. Stockpile on trainees and miners, and use turking when you do have at least lv 8 bank With this it took me around 34 attempts mainly because i was unlucky with exec

Yeam I can confirm i beat this level with Telamon over Noir but he is extremely slow and wont make it in time so just use Noir
If you don't have Noir, you can use Telamom, that's how I got it.
