An overwhelming majority of people think Jari has been developing one of the most elaborate scams in the history of music by making false promises and preying on people's naivety, consequently stealing huge amounts of money from them. Just to be clear, I'm a huge fan of Wintersun and don't agree with this view - I'm just reporting what people generally say and think about this band.

Someone should build Jari a decent editing workstation.
I guess he's used to working on a mac for protools etc, but you can get a lot more bang for your buck by building pc yourself and going with windows or linux.
I built a video editing rig for the media guy at work, he was skeptical because he had only edited media on macs, but with a threadripper cpu and obscene amounts of fast ram, a quadro gpu and terabytes of m.2 nvme storage and a lot more in reasonably fast network attached storage, he's not going back to apple for editing suites ever again he says.
The only reason at this point for an apple ecosystem is if you're locked into it, or you have endless financial resources to support it.
I'd wait 12 years for Vivaldi or Mozart releasing something new as well... You are a modern master Jari, the TIME is here thank you for not being discouraged on your artistic journey. It impacts my soul more than you will ever know, dear friend from afar

@@chondrinenigma You are right, but i find wintersuns compositions interesting and intricate, and at the compositional level of Mozart, but a better comparsion would be towards Wagner. They both have compositions in the same bombastic way. The orchestral isolated tracks are fucking amazing from a music theoretical and compositional point of view

This is a future classic! I was just enrolling in secondary school when Time I was in the works. Now i'm married, post university and lived to see Time II come to life! THIS IS GLORIOUS! It's obviously a product of love and hard work, Time III better come out before i retire though

I was very reluctant to buy the Time package and was almost laughing at it BUT after watching this video, I think it's a no brainer to get it. Jari did something great in including all those pre Wintersun demos, it's a ton of material to discover on top of the second part of Time, it's an amazing gift for a true fan of the band. It took a ridiculous amount of time but I'm pretty sure now it will be worth the wait and the money. By the way, everything I heard on this video sounds fantastic! TIME to listen to the discography again!

Jari was absolutely correct to withhold this album for so long until he got the right sound. Time I sounds pretty weak in comparison. I mean it sounded great 12 years ago, but the jump in quality is just massive. Can't wait to hear Time I being remastered (again) to match the quality of Time II.

I have been telling myself for more than a decade that this album is definitely gonna fail because its impossible to top Time I and the expectations we all have on Time II. At some point I even got on board with the trollers because I was pretty certain that this album was never gonna be released.

No kidding, I cried in the car on my way to work today while listening to this. I was 15 when I found Wintersun in 2005, now I'm 34. Wintersun is easily the most important band in my life, although it have been tough sometimes to wait for the new albums. Thanks a lot Jari for making this happen and congratulations on a job well done, thanks for hangning in there. Now I just have to stay alive until the last of august.
