@@shawalkhan9598 it happened to me before,the problem i found out is that i created wrong my account when i was creating,so i thought i already signed in but actually is not.,so make sure you signed in in the block site. Secondly, maybe you installed the block plugins that your revit is open.,try to reinstall again with the revit is close.
i have installed the plugin, my revit is in 2019 version i alredy sign up in rvtblock website but when i open revit and go to adds-in there no "Blocks" icon there, what should i do?

Blocks Plugin is available for Revit 2019-2023.
