huntsman are good in situations where the boss has no weakspots and if youve got poor aim and need that weakspot shot. earthly boots are if you aint got the starchrom for the huntsman boots. pvp players go huntsman all the way though
You said in the Frost Vortex that it has heal ... but on a melee ? you really can't do heals on boss battles that fast .. for better results why not go with Long Axe with fortress ? Prefereably go with a precision calib for 25% damage boost. Also a deviation expert with elemental and status would be good. In your video you were using ICY rain which may good for lower tiers but it does not do good on high tiers due to it's reliance on crit rate to proc frost vortex. Next time at least show the gameplay with the said gun the AKM Abyss Glance. Always go with mods with the suffix talents too as much as possible ones with great ones and status damage for more punch when doing boss battles.
