You have help me greatly, one of the issues I continue to have is the icons you choose are not always available to me in the workbench we are working in and I can not locate them even though I have used them in previous exercises. Do you have a recommendation for this?
I found if you double click on the ellipse, a dialogue box opens that you can enter the dimensions into. The ellipse is still not fully constrained though. No measurements or green lines. Hope this helps someone stuck in the same place.

The Second one could not work for me. The ellipse cannot be constrained in the manner you show for me, and keeps constraining to some other places.

Select front view, place a plane, sketch, draw a rectangle dimension 8 by 4 mm and exit workbench. Use pocket command and cut through all.
I think using spine for multiple command is wrong..according to drawing its rectangular and u should have used three planes of sketch 12, 20,18
the whole drawing is baddly constrained, he should get better scetches with all dimensions needed.
How to fully constraint the ellipse?
Create center line from quadrant to quadrant and constraint the lines.
