Thank you for your videos! We stayed at the Queen Kapi'olani hotel following your recommendation. Our stay there was spectacular!. The laid back vibe of QK is what I appreciated the most. We had an upfront view of Diamond Head and the ocean. The lobby was not crowded and the staff was super friendly. We enjoyed Queen's Beach at Waikiki just one block away from QK. Also following your recommendations we ventured out to Chinatown, Pearl Harbor, etc. Again I thank you🌈
Thanks so much for sharing your experience. QK is a wonderful place to stay and we love the location on the Diamond Head side of Waikiki. Thanks for watching!
Stayed at the Moana surfrider and I would totally recommend! 💯 I love the historical Victorian style with the big banyan tree and best of all, the ocean view. The water is crazy milky blue.

I stayed at The Laylow, and The Ritz Carlton Residences. In my opinion the Laylow has better beds, but the Ritz Carlton has so much better views. I actually found out that when I stayed at Laylow, the International Marketplace had car rentals and we were able to rent one last minute 5 days for about 600 dollars.
Hi Erica and Jordan! I absolutely love your videos thank you for all the great tips you share! I am heading to Oahu this June and am staying in Waikiki, I was wondering if you had any suggestions for places to rent Jet skis! Thanks in advance!
I stayed at the Royal Hawaiian the first time I went to Hawaii, in the 80’s. It is a great hotel. I too love the location as well as its history. I met Kareem Abdul Jabar in the lobby of the hotel. Great experience- he was really nice! I slept every night with the sliding glass door open, just so I could hear the waves crashing on the beach.
@@TheHawaiiVacationGuide thanks for responding. I am choosing between royal Hawaiian and Marriott resort. Would you give up an ocean view room in the Marriott resort for an interior in the royal Hawaiian? They are the same price in July when my family is going. Any advice you give is great
We would go Royal Hawaiian because of the location on the beach and the grounds are beautiful, it is one of our favorites. Even the garden view rooms are nice.
Hey guys, my wife and I love your videos! We have narrowed our hotels down to the Ritz Carlton and Moana Surfrider for May. What is your favorite between the two? Thanks, Brian
I like the Moana better as I like older, historical properties and I like the Moana for the location in central Waikiki and on the beach. If you want a nice pool and more relaxing environment, then do the Ritz.
Hi! Love your videos. We were I. Maui last week and your videos helped a lot. Especially the travel screening video. At Kahala do I need to be a guest to watch the dolphins?
Hi everyone, I have 2 questions: (i) At the Royal Hawaiin, does the hotel provide food and drink service on the beach? and (ii) would you consider the Four Seasons Oahu at the same level as these 5 hotels, a notch above, or a notch below? Thanks!
I’m not sure if they provide service on the beach but Mai tai bar is right there. Four Seasons is real nice in Ko Olina. On par or a notch higher in my opinion. We are doing a tour in June.
Love this video! I just realized, you guys are Marriott loyalists, aren’t you? 😅 I’m on Hilton and IHG programs because Marriott cards are so behind the benefits.

@@TheHawaiiVacationGuide Awesome, Thank you so much! We will be there next May. And if we can thank you there if we ever meet up would be awesome too! :)

Hello, thanks for your videos! My family is planning a trip for mid June and noticed the Trump hotel in Waikiki was discounted heavily through Amex.. does this hotel not rank compare to these 5 hotels? We’re cringing as we consider booking for political reasons but decided at the end of the day we want the best value at a luxury resort.
