I've been playing rise of kingdoms for I've been playing Rise of Kingdoms for about 2 year as F2P. I like it although it's very pay to win but if I stop playing rok. I don't think I'll start playing another game of the same style again. I game does everything to frustrate you and pushes you to spend
Try Era of Conquest and save yourself some sanity. I played roK since it was called Rise of Civilizations..F2P had the upperhand back then with Jumper accounts etc...now it's eating our souls...pick up EoC and get some sleep

I'd pay $60 bucks for AOE4 computer version if they just redid that and copied it 95% to the ipad and made it a little bit better for mobile devices. That's all most of us really wanted. It sucks, my ipad pro is a beyond capable device for games but I can go months without playing a game on the ipad as I skip over the majority of them or get bored of them within 15 mins. Some amazing games on the ipad but very very few and if there are more, the games are hard to find in the mountains of games already on iOS.

Thanks for the video. I played ROK before and it really changed a lot after 2 years, it's only for p2w. Even if you grind all day you can't even get the amount of speed ups. It's a waste of time. The developers only think of money same goes to other games.

I've been playing these type of game for a while, recently sold my last accounts on a game I've been playing for like 6 years, I'm not a player who spends a lot, but who spends for the right, I managed to become a top dog of the game but only after a lot of playing time and even my skill in it allowed me to do so. When I play I give the best of me and having given too much concentration to the game has made me distract from more important things, so the advice I want to give y'all is to take it lightly, play for fun and never let it become a burden, because that's what this type of game can cause.

@OttomaniaGaming mindset is big especially when you're interested in something you plan to put your time into. I know there's no fixing play to win but I did see that they do give out some free stuff in the video and they also do redemption codes also not all players will be Wales and not all will be FTP that's also the perk of clans to build up with a variety of players I'll keep a optimistic mindset about it. I'll sub if more of your videos randomly appear on my feed that I find interesting or if I do find myself watching more of them I clicked on your video because I was curious about other concept on a game that Intrigues me.

You can attack other city's and raid them.. You could also build the walls wherever you like like in clash of clans Simulair to forge of empire , you start as hunter gatherer.. And by upgrading your town hall , you will reach a new age.. At some point , you have to choose a nation and every nation has his pro's and con's. ( Kinda like rise of kingdoms )

this is normal to this genre, do you remember a game called MARCH OF EMPIRE? good graphics and game strategy but MAN its designed for JOBLESS people who can join events and get rewards and a 100 dollar item in the game does not help a LOT.

I wasted 5k on Viking Rise. Definitely regret it since they have now adopted AI robotic npc's. But I'm willing to spend here on this game because people seem to think making these games don't cost anything. Much goes into creating and maintaining games like these. If you can spend it do it. If not, then yeah, your f2p will take longer to level up. But it isn't impossible.

And this game like others will also probably lean into a kvk feature at some point where you need a mix of both sides. Spenders and non-spenders. The game is still developing and basing your opinion off a prerelease for a games full potential is just idiotic. Cause the game will develop and change overtime. And to be serious in games like these any f2p or low spenders will need farms and time to catch up and keep up. Did they steal improved dot mode from rok or did rok steal from them? They stole enough from rok. Sounds like most of the issues of the game are solveable (as are roks challenges). Rok is actually very f2p low spend friendly. Is this that much worse?

Every game similar to this one is a pure cash grab (pick it carefully because almost all of mobile games today are made this way), they are playing with our "psychological illness" to drain our time and money, i quit playing game like this a long time ago and moved to a single player game mode to regain my life's back and check my reality. 😁

I'd pay $60 bucks for AOE4 computer version if they just redid that and copied it 95% to the ipad and made it a little bit better for mobile devices. That's all most of us really wanted. It sucks, my ipad pro is a beyond capable device for games but I can go months without playing a game on the ipad as I skip over the majority of them or get bored of them within 15 mins. Some amazing games on the ipad but very very few and if there are more, the games are hard to find in the mountains of games already on iOS.

Thanks for the video. I played ROK before and it really changed a lot after 2 years, it's only for p2w. Even if you grind all day you can't even get the amount of speed ups. It's a waste of time. The developers only think of money same goes to other games.

I already mentioned in the video. Even tho it’s in beta, game having zero potential and their goals are fully focused on grinding money, so I don’t want my members to waste time here. I played Rok when it was in Beta, They were organized way better than this game. Please watch the video again to understand my point of view.

I've been playing these type of game for a while, recently sold my last accounts on a game I've been playing for like 6 years, I'm not a player who spends a lot, but who spends for the right, I managed to become a top dog of the game but only after a lot of playing time and even my skill in it allowed me to do so. When I play I give the best of me and having given too much concentration to the game has made me distract from more important things, so the advice I want to give y'all is to take it lightly, play for fun and never let it become a burden, because that's what this type of game can cause.

I know there's no fixing play to win but I did see that they do give out some free stuff in the video and they also do redemption codes also not all players will be Wales and not all will be FTP that's also the perk of clans to build up with a variety of players I'll keep a optimistic mindset about it.

It's just a rebrand of the game 重返帝国 that came out about 3 years ago and requires about 150'000€ to max out, so yeah anyone can play at high level 😂

@@OttomaniaGaming Sure I can ! And it's amazing , it's like a mix of clash of clans , forge of empires and rise of kingdoms.. So , the combat style and the building style is like clash of clans.. You can attack other city's and raid them.. You could also build the walls wherever you like like in clash of clans
Simulair to forge of empire , you start as hunter gatherer.. And by upgrading your town hall , you will reach a new age..
At some point , you have to choose a nation and every nation has his pro's and con's. ( Kinda like rise of kingdoms )

I wasted 5k on Viking Rise. Definitely regret it since they have now adopted AI robotic npc's. But I'm willing to spend here on this game because people seem to think making these games don't cost anything. Much goes into creating and maintaining games like these. If you can spend it do it. If not, then yeah, your f2p will take longer to level up. But it isn't impossible.

And this game like others will also probably lean into a kvk feature at some point where you need a mix of both sides. Spenders and non-spenders. The game is still developing and basing your opinion off a prerelease for a games full potential is just idiotic. Cause the game will develop and change overtime. And to be serious in games like these any f2p or low spenders will need farms and time to catch up and keep up. If you don’t want to do that work it’s fine just say that though instead of bashing a game in prerelease

Sounds like most of the issues of the game are solveable (as are roks challenges). Rok is actually very f2p low spend friendly. Is this that much worse?
What I see so far is everything stolen from other games, Nothing unique yet, and about P2W, I think this game is much worse than ROK.
