Nice to let us see you handling your business, very professional. I'd hire you and I see you can fly the hell out of that Phantom. Being a true Phantom flyer myself...
Thank you so much. Yes, we had an incredible location and weather, even if it was too hot, we managed to capture the data and footage. So glad you enjoyed it, as it really was fascinating for us too.
Hello, it’s really interesting and useful to see how these types of commercial jobs are done vs the usual cinematic type films. Thanks for posting. Can I ask if the drone was flying a lore-programmed mission of were you just taking the photos manually? Do you take video as well as photo or just photos? Thanks again
Hello, and thanks for the comment. I flew the drone manually. Flying autonomously at a structure like this is near impossible. I didn’t take video of the blade, only video afterwords that you see in the cinematic shots. Hope this was helpful ✌🏻
@@FlybyGuys Great Video!! How do you match up the images that relate to each blade? Do you always shoot them in the same sequence so as not to confuse which blade was which? I noticed you simply move down 1m at a time, do you then stich them together in post retaining the layers so as to idetify the shots for each blade?
Great footage again. Next time I can come with my Voyager 5 and 30 x optical zoom camera. Do not need to fly close to the turbines then. I have a 5G drone with 14 x zoom camera too now :)
@ Using specialist SW provided by the SW companies doing the analysis. They don’t give this out to anyone. You need to be certified, heath and safety approved and trained on the turbines.
All safety requirements were met by the on site supervisor. These are open sites. Anyone can walk and drive to them, without permission. Each country has different rules for these. Hey Lawrence, thank you so much. Really appreciate it.
Yeah, the Phantom still has some juice in the tank 😊 Old faithful ✌🏻
@@FlybyGuys My favorite bird to present day.
Clever use of the Turbine for shade :D Love it!
Ah, you spotted that 😃
Yeah, it was a blistering hot day, with only the body of the turbine for shade.
Thanks for the comment ✌🏻

Hey Antti, that would be very cool 😎
awesome job
Thank you very much ✌🏻
Hello sir !
Is this manual or automated flight ?
Hello. It’s a manual flight. Autonomous flights for WT’s can be done with the correct SW and drone.
@FlybyGuys
Can you tell me if this can be done by auto-flying? How possible?
@ Using specialist SW provided by the SW companies doing the analysis.

No PSA, car too close to the WTG...be careful ,as you said by youeself ;) How about BTO,EUP,GWO ?
