Church teaches the doctrine of the Real Presence, meaning Jesus is truly present-body, blood, soul, and divinity-in the Eucharist. This is based on Jesus’ words at the Last Supper: "This is my body" and "This is my blood" (Matthew 26:26-28). In John 6:53-56, Jesus emphasizes, "unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you." St. Paul also supports this in 1 Corinthians 10:16 and 1 Corinthians 11:27-29, warning about the seriousness of discerning the body and blood of the Lord. The early Church Fathers, like St. Ignatius of Antioch, affirmed this belief. The Council of Trent clarified that through Transubstantiation, the bread and wine become Jesus’ body and blood. Thus, the Eucharist is not merely symbolic but a true and substantial presence of Christ.

that daily Mass, while not strictly required, is a valuable practice for spiritual growth. Hebrews 10:25 urges believers not to neglect meeting together, supporting regular communal worship. However, Hebrews 10 primarily discusses Jewish Old Testament sacrifices, not the Catholic Mass. Jesus established a new covenant, giving His body and blood for us to eat (John 6:53-56). This is celebrated in the Eucharist, which Catholics receive at Mass. Acts 2:42 shows early Christians continually devoting themselves to the apostles' teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayers, reflecting regular communal worship. Thus, while daily Mass isn't mandatory, it's beneficial for deepening our relationship with Christ, allowing frequent reception of the Eucharist, the source of grace and spiritual nourishment.

_Mother of God_. Church teaches that Mary is rightfully called the Mother of God, based on both biblical evidence and doctrinal affirmation:
Biblical Evidence:
Luke 1:43: When Mary visited her cousin Elizabeth, filled with the Holy Spirit, Elizabeth exclaimed, "And why is this granted me, that the mother of my Lord should come to me?" The title "Mother of my Lord" (Greek: κυρίου, kyriou) indicates that Mary is the mother of Jesus, who is her Lord and also God.
Luke 2:11: The angel announced to the shepherds, "For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." This passage affirms Jesus as both Savior and Lord, reinforcing Mary’s role as His mother.
John 1:1, 14: In the prologue of John's Gospel, Jesus is identified as the Word who was with God and who became flesh (incarnate). Mary, therefore, is the mother of Jesus Christ, who is God incarnate.
Council of Ephesus (431 AD): The Church formally declared Mary as Theotokos (God-bearer) at the Council of Ephesus. This title affirms Mary’s unique role in the Incarnation, emphasizing that the child she bore is both fully God and fully human. This council defended this teaching against Nestorianism, which sought to separate the divine and human natures of Christ.
Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC):
CCC 466: "The Nestorian heresy regarded Christ as a human person joined to the divine person of God’s Son. Opposing this heresy, St. Cyril of Alexandria and the third ecumenical council, at Ephesus in 431, confessed ‘that the Word, uniting to himself in his person the flesh animated by a rational soul, became man.’ Christ’s humanity has no other subject than the divine person of the Son of God, who assumed it and made it his own, from his conception."
CCC 495: "Called in the Gospels ‘the mother of Jesus,’ Mary is acclaimed by Elizabeth, at the prompting of the Spirit and even before the birth of her son, as ‘the mother of my Lord.’ In fact, the One whom she conceived as man by the Holy Spirit, who truly became her Son according to the flesh, was none other than the Father’s eternal Son, the second person of the Holy Trinity."
Therefore, the title "Mother of God" or "Theotokos" emphasizes Mary’s role in the mystery of the Incarnation, affirming that she gave birth to Jesus Christ, who is fully God and fully human, as declared by the Scriptures, the early Church councils, and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

hat while daily Mass is not strictly required, it is highly beneficial for spiritual growth. Hebrews 10:25 urges believers not to neglect meeting together, supporting regular communal worship. However, Hebrews 10:1-18 discusses Jewish Old Testament sacrifices, not the Catholic Mass, emphasizing that these were a shadow of Christ’s perfect sacrifice.
Jesus instituted the Eucharist at the Last Supper (Luke 22:19-20), commanding His disciples to "do this in memory of me." This establishes the basis for the continual celebration of the Eucharist. In John 6:53-56, Jesus states, "unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you," highlighting the importance of the Eucharist for spiritual life.
The early Christians gathered frequently for the "breaking of bread" as seen in Acts 2:42-46 and Acts 20:7, suggesting regular celebration of the Eucharist. The Didache, an early Christian document, indicates that Christians gathered on the Lord's Day to break bread and give thanks, reinforcing regular communal worship.
The importance of the Holy Mass in Catholic life is multifaceted:
Real Presence of Christ: The Mass is the celebration of the Eucharist, where Catholics believe in the real presence of Jesus Christ-His body, blood, soul, and divinity (Catechism of the Catholic Church 1374). This belief is rooted in Jesus' words at the Last Supper and in John 6:53-56.
Source and Summit of Christian Life: The Mass is considered the source and summit of Christian life (Lumen Gentium 11). It is the highest form of worship and the primary means of receiving grace.
Re-presentation of the Sacrifice of Christ: The Mass is a re-presentation (not a repetition) of Christ’s one sacrifice on the cross (Council of Trent, Session 22). This means that the same sacrifice of Jesus is made present in an unbloody manner during the Eucharist.
Communal Worship: The Mass fosters community and unity among believers. Acts 2:42-46 illustrates the early Christians' commitment to communal worship, the breaking of bread, and prayers.
Nourishment for the Soul: Receiving the Eucharist frequently provides spiritual nourishment and strengthens the recipient against sin. John 6:56 states, "Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in them."
Fulfillment of Jesus' Command: By participating in the Mass, Catholics fulfill Jesus' command to "do this in memory of me" (Luke 22:19), maintaining a living connection with His sacrifice.
Forgiveness of Sins: The Mass includes the Penitential Act, where participants ask for forgiveness of venial sins, preparing themselves to receive the Eucharist worthily.
Intercession for the Living and the Dead: The Mass includes prayers for the living and the dead, reflecting the Church's belief in the Communion of Saints and the efficacy of intercessory prayer.
Thus, while daily Mass is not obligatory, it provides numerous spiritual benefits, deepening one’s relationship with Christ, and aligning with the tradition of the early Church.
Bless you Man of God

Yes, Mary, like all humans, needed salvation through Christ. In Luke 1:47, Mary says, "My spirit rejoices in God my Savior," acknowledging her need for a Savior. The Catholic Church teaches that Mary was preserved from original sin by a unique grace of God known as the Immaculate Conception (Catechism of the Catholic Church 491-492). This means she was saved by Christ’s merits from the moment of her conception, preemptively applying the grace of Christ’s redemptive sacrifice to her. Therefore, Mary’s salvation is a special case, showing that she, too, benefited uniquely from Jesus’ redemptive work, making her a model of God’s grace and mercy.

Also the fourth Commandment(the Sabbath Commandment) was changed from 7th day to the first day in 323 AD That is what majority of Christians follow
Church affirms that Sunday, the first day of the week, became the day of Christian worship early in its history, not as a change imposed in 323 AD, but as a continuation of Apostolic practice.
Biblical Evidence: The New Testament records that early Christians gathered on the first day of the week for communal worship. Acts 20:7 states, "On the first day of the week we came together to break bread." This refers to the celebration of the Eucharist, the central act of Christian worship. Similarly, 1 Corinthians 16:2 mentions setting aside offerings on the first day of the week.
Resurrection of Christ: Jesus rose from the dead on the first day of the week (Mark 16:2, Luke 24:1, John 20:1), which transformed the significance of this day for Christians. The early Church viewed Sunday as the Lord's Day (Revelation 1:10), commemorating His resurrection and victory over sin and death.
Early Christian Writings: Early Christian documents, such as the Didache (circa 70-100 AD), instruct Christians to gather on the Lord's Day for the Eucharist. St. Ignatius of Antioch (circa 110 AD) also refers to the Lord's Day as a day of Christian worship.
Council of Laodicea: The Council of Laodicea in 364 AD recognized the established practice of Christians gathering for worship on Sunday, reflecting a longstanding tradition that predated the 4th century.
Therefore, the transition from Sabbath observance to Sunday worship was not a sudden change in 323 AD but a gradual development rooted in the Apostolic tradition, celebrating the Resurrection of Christ and affirmed in early Christian practice and writings.

hat while daily Mass is not strictly required, it is highly beneficial for spiritual growth.
