The whole case is a sham to protect the city from being sued and they're protecting their Thug cops because they assaulted that man and that prosecutor asking for her own personal taxpayer paid security is ridiculous
I saw a cop who talked about the fact that a lot of them *want* to get some type of injury that they can use to get medically retired with all the benefits that come with that. The defendant isn't super sympathetic, but aggravated battery on LEO is a helluva charge.
Parts 1 and 2 are on our channel but to sum it up, the guy got arrested, roughed up a bit while in custody, then allegedly had some people post on social media what had happened then the social media followers threatened the prosecutor. Defense attorney tried to get charges dropped and lessened but prosecutor feels they shouldn’t be lessened but wants to add more however, she doesn’t follow through with responding to judges orders. It’s quite interesting 🧐

House was inept with anything “tech” related. He should not be an active defense attorney. Maybe wills and probate is more his speed these days.
I know this man I'm from Elk County,KS where this happened and he is an outspoken man but no crime was committed , he was trying to gain access to the public courthouse to renew his vehicle tag with his wife, he was denied access because they have an intercom system that u have to state ur name and where ur going and the sherriffs dispatcher decides to buzz u in or not but he was doing constitutionally protected activities and was arrested for it, Jill gillett the prosecuter is as dirty as they come and has no business practicing law
