I watched the beginning of this and she tries to help him and another court officer calls him out and then the judge was not going to mention that he was eating drinking and smoking on his court video (she didnt even bring it up) but he was being disrespectful and short with her while in a zoom court. She was trying to work with him and he kept getting short with her. She actually advised him to not say anything that would incriminate him and get an attorney and it was all over a speeding viiolation which was his second one while he didnt have a license. He's just another "Im a victim". This short makes her look really bad until you see the full video and its not right. Should be ashamed for posting this video like this.

I have driven in five countries, have dual citizenship in the US and the UK. Have been in these countries serving in the Navy and coalition forces and carrying military ID and every country i have been in required a driving licence from the UK where i passed my test, a permit for the country and even with all those things I STILL HAD TO FOLLOW THE LAW. If you drive on a countries roads you have to follow those countries' laws and have a registered vehicle and insurance. It is that simple.... declaring your from the land of the borrowbrokes 😂 makes ZERO difference to the law. If you are on the lands of the USA and present official documents that are not recognised by the government of the US they are NOT REAL.... Apparently documents made by flipper the clown from Ebay are not accepted by the federal government for some reason 😂 😅 🤣 Sorry .... its attempted fraud. Nothing more and nothing less. This defendant needs prosecuting for fraud or sent for mental health treatment. One or the other..... preferably both !!!!

So explain it to me. The Chief Prosecutor says he's not going to spend tax-dollars to have a jury trial for a 'slap on the wrist' result? Do you know how many lesser offences are being tried in court? I've seen numerous and sometimes they simply don't appear after demanding a jury trial just for driving without a licence or an expired one. This guy is moving around with a fake licence AND a fake Passport! How serious is that? This Chief Prosecutor wants to save the country... what he needs is a promotion, a really BIG ONE! *.....as Janitor of The Prosecutors Office!* This IS the greatest country on Earth... and you wonder why the crime rate is as high a kite. There is zero consequences in some cases! ZERO!

As a sovereign at least Jensen was somewhat polite and respectful. Poor Judge Middleton gets a lot of these wackos. He is always calm and courteous. He’s right these defendants won’t honor a jury summons but will show up with 30 cheerleaders for their case. Michigan courts are clogged with sovcits they are more trouble than they’re worth. That’s why they sometimes skate. They take it as a win.

The problem is she over explains everything and throws in so much useless information that her message is confusing. It wasnt until her lawyer said it clearly and plainly that the judge understood what was going on.
