My favorate watch. PERIOD.
Just got mine today. My single criticism: I do miss the metallic bevel on the three interior dials. Display caseback was a huge plus for me. Quick release straps as well. Having three straps kinda does feel like you're getting three watches for one price.

I agree. In my opinion, The holy trinity should be Patek Phillipe, Vacheron Constantin, and A. Lange & Sohne. I personally feel that Audemars Piguet has far less innovation and technical excellence than the other 3.

U re funny. Just a well designed cheap steel(not white gold or sth) with ex-jlc mechanism. Yp a year ago it wasnt even vacheron inside. Luxury and class will never be steel when there is white gold, gold, platinum, diamonds and in house movements. Yes i know this one claims to be in house but the oversea 2015 was jlc inside. Rolex take lessons from a +-6 secs per day accuracy jlc while u have +_2 per day inhouse movement! Pay for steel people! And for the past of brands or w/e people want to charge u

wow! Gorgeous. I will miss the grande date display though. Does anyone know whether the new model will retain the super antimagnetic properties of the older model?
JamesIdentity yeah really. I did watch the video. I know it said there's now an antimagnetic *ring*. But the older model has an antimagnetic *cover*. I was just wondering if the gauss resistance is still roughly the same because the back is open display now and it would seem that perhaps it doesn't have the same antimagnetic properties. To my knowledge the older model has better antimagnetic properties than a Rolex Milgaus. Of course a silicon balance spring could solve this too, but it appears that it is a more traditional balance spring in this model. I was just wondering that's all, not a big deal. I'll probably keep enjoying my older model. Cheers.
I am not positive, but I doubt that it will have better anti-magnetic properties than the Milgauss due to the open caseback and date aperture. The Milgauss is completely encased in an anti-magnetic shield, thus no date aperture on the Milgauss. I will also miss the grande date display, and if it weren't for the exhibition caseback, I would prefer the earlier model to this one. Later bro!

I don’t get why they have so many rivots on the one side of the bracelet. No one needs to adjust that high and it just takes away from the purity of the watch.
