As far as I'm concerned, a hero can be anyone. Even a man doing something as simple and reassuring as telling a story to a young boy to let him know that the world hadn't ended. I was blown away, too, when I came to leave my own condolences and thank him for getting me through some of the hardest times of my life, and almost every comment was people sharing similar stories. He dedicated his life to fictional superheros, but he was a real one.
Took me a few days to process after hearing the new but Benny is the reason I love comic books and the reason I have so much knowledge of my favorite super heroes. I would always sit in my car after work for few and watch his videos to pass the time and it gave me an outlet to just relaxe. His Batman/ flash/ spiderman and Deadpool story recaps are among my favorites. He will truly be missed. RIP Benny

Years ago. I was only able to read comics that I found in the trash. Back then our school has a computer in the library. They still allowed UA-cam at that time. Ben made me go into a world full of wonder and heroes. He change my perspective on life because of his voice and the amazing story he is telling. He helped me to believe in a world of hope. I’ve always been a major fan of Batman and his DC comics. I found this channel and shared it with my oldest son. He loved it and it got him into comics and became something we really bonded over. Benny did that! My prayers are with his family and I hope they can hear more stories about the impact he had on peoples lives that he might not have even realized.
I'll always remember seeing Comicstorian for the first time. I was down, a little misunderstood 9 year old kid, feeling sad about being rejected by all friends around him, I picked up my mom's phone, seeing a Complete Story, ever since then I kept up with Comicstorian as a channel, eventually even my Batman impression voice became similar to Benny's...When I watched that very first video, I was left happy, because it taught me a lesson, that I wasn't alone, I guess part of that happiness will stay with me, even after the end, he can still bring joy to everyone that hears him. Things won't be the same without him but that doesn't mean they can't be good, even tho I didn't know him personally, to me, I think that's what he would want.
We appreciate everyone involved in continuing his legacy! a lot of us grew up with Benny and this channel. I was a freshman in high school when he started this channel, now I’m turning 23 in July with my 1 year old daughter and newly engaged and here I am still listening to Benny telling us stories and I’ll always come back here. You got me on my this amazing journey in the world of comics! Ever since Covid ! I started watching ur videos and I enjoyed them so much that I ended up starting to buy comic books and it turned into a way of life! Thank you for introducing me to this amazing hobby! I will still watch your old videos like always…. I remember watching ur videos at 10pm and waking up at 4 am and hearing about spider man or Batman lol the energy you put in ur videos will never be replicated!

i remember Benny reading me the original run of Red hood and the outlaws, that sh** had me geeked as a jit, the amount of energy he gave while delivering the lines and just how much he loved the character of Jason really radiated through, especially during that run. Rest In Peace Benny

I can't believe it... I see his videos while I study, or just need to relax after a stressful day, I'll miss him a lot, he was a great man and I hope he is now on a better place, I wish the best for his family and wife.
