As always, you seem to be a kindred spirit when it comes to treasure hunting. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and happy stitching. True confession: I put up 5 trees but I just got another one, a 4 foot tree and an assortment of red ornaments for $5.00.🎄🦃🪡
I’m showing this comment to hubby who thinks I’m the only one with a tree fetish! Would love to have a single room filled with trees year round! Can you imagine the pure happiness?! It’s magical, truly. Happy 🦃 to you too❤️
Absolutely love your House of Christmas plans. The sulky green is perfect. 👍🏻 Happy Thanksgiving to you & yours. Thank you for bringing stitchy joy to me with your videos.
Great video, as always. The rod with no cloth has little teeth when you take it apart and attach your cloth! Always such great finds! Happy Thanksgiving!!🎉🎉🎉
Hi Sarah, Your videos bring me such joy,you are so very creative. I 💗💗💗 to stitch but struggle with finishing, you are inspiring me. Have a blessed Thanksgiving.
A quick tip for you on attaching fabric to your bare scroll rods - I use strips of Velcro… one piece on the rod and another on the fabric - works great. Love all your WIPS and finishes.
I love Sulky threads, especially their variegated, as the price point fits my budget. I love seeing your thrift store finds and look forward to seeing what you do with them. Can't wait to see your previous Christmas finishes! Thanks for not going every two weeks, I need my weekly fix! Sending CT blessings for your Thanksgiving Day!
You have the most amazing finds! I get my finishing supplies (almost) always from Thrift or such stores. Happy Thanksgiving to you, your husband and daughter!
I love love love the Prairie Schooler bookmark! Super cool. I'm so happy you will continue to post weekly, but if not, I have a lot of your earlier videos to catch up on. Either way, I'm stitching with you, sister girl!!! 🤣
🦃 Happy Thanksgiving. I always love your ideas and thrift store finds. So much stitching to do and not enough time. I have however, finished a couple of the ornaments from the magazine. They are quick stitches and very cute. I know you will enjoy them. Love the term Food Olympics 😂...I'm going to use that this year.
Happy 🦃 day to you too! Yes Food Olympics is definitely appropriate 😮😂 I know I won’t start magazine stitches for awhile but I’m so excited about this issue ❤
@@Sarahthenorthwoodsstitcher 😂 I am like you on that I splurged many years ago on a garland that was fancy gold and silver from lowes. I still have it because it looked beautiful with either color topper. So I am getting my moneys worth in use out of it.
123 Stitch wish list… I’ve bee stitching for about 3 months I think and my wish list has probably over 100 charts on it. 😂 …and I see no end in sight. Happy Thanksgiving to you! 🦃
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your husband, I glad you chose green for the Christmas house, it's going to be beautiful, I just love your video content, you have a nice variety. Have a good day.😊
Snowmen are Cute! Looks like "Blush" color fabric. I think there is a 2-side Tape to apply onto the scroll frame or maybe a velcro type set up. Nice tree toppers! Happy Thanksgiving !!!
This year's Just Cross Stitch Christmas Magazine is truly awesome. Some years they are "blah," but this year they hit it out of the park. I love all your thrifty finds. I wish we lived closer (I live in Woodstock, GA), because I'm always looking for different ways to finish my projects. I'm in the process of putting together 80 starts in 2024 for my 80th birthday in April. It's a long story, but I'm having so much fun, and yes, I have enough patterns and fabric for this adventure. I may choose to get some fancy floss, but not much. It's way too expensive for my retirement budget. DMC works fine 99.9% of the time, but I will get a little for some special projects. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
What an amazing challenge!!!😮. I was wondering what my 2024 goal should be. I may have to challenge myself to do a finish a month (frame, pillow or whatnot). The possibilities are endless and yes it’s FUN! We’d be awesome as neighbors. Wonder if we could just start a stitch town/community where we could all move into a few blocks and adopt each other😂😊❤Happy 🦃 sister❤
I just had another idea - In my neck of the woods (Manitoba Canada) we can get only one side of Velcro so a sticky part and a sew on part. Hopefully you can do that too. Then you could use stick-on Velcro to the roller bar - put the rough part on that. Then the soft part could be sewn onto the strip of canvas with your sewing machine. That way it would be removable and make attaching fabric really easy - stich fabric onto the strip by hand or even by machine.@@Sarahthenorthwoodsstitcher
I love scroll rods but never use the split on the rods and never stitch my fabric to a rod with a fabric strip. Instead I attach my fabric to my scroll rods is with painters tape.
Perfect green for the Christmas house. I always enjoy using the sulky threads. I just finished the snowy owl ornament. Cute and quick! Happy Thanksgiving
Gallina Cross Stitch sold the copyrights to her patterns to someone in the cross stitch community and closed her shop. I just can’t think who at the moment.
Hi Sarah, love your plans & colors for Christmas house.
Can't wait for your Christmas bin dive video....exciting.
Take care, happy stitching ❤
Thank you! I can’t remember if I have two bins or three😮it will be fun though ❤

Fantastic!! Glad to hear you’re getting it❤Happy 🦃 to you too❤😊
Hi Sarah - you could staple a piece of canvas to the rods yourself.
I may try that but I do fear for my fingers 😂❤

If I remember correctly, I think I heard a flosstuber say Galliana was no longer selling or creating patterns. I imagine 911Stitcher would know.
I hey that in these comments 😮 someone mentioned she may have sold her charts to someone else to distribute
Gallina Cross Stitch sold the copyrights to her patterns to someone in the cross stitch community and closed her shop. I just can’t think who at the moment.
Thanks for this info but now I’m shook! She had lovely patterns! Hope to find them again 😮💨
Some time ago Galliana had a final sale and closed her Etsy shop:(
That is so sad!!!! Someone mentioned that her patterns were bought by someone but haven’t found out who😢.Happy 🦃to you
