@@ryenngaebler4286 I'm so proud of her for going cruelty free. 🥰 I try to teach that on my channel but sometimes I get given products that aren't. I wish everyone would be cruelty free.
Hi Jen, can you review the new elf Fine as fleck glitter shadow singles? I’m curious how they compare to UD moondust and the Moira glitter shadows. Thanks in advance for considering ❤
My best makeup of 2024 are: Complexion: - Laura Geller Spackle Hydrate Primer -> I have oily to acne prone skin and this doesn't break me out - Maybelline Super Stay Skin Tint with Vitamin C in 112 -> perfect for a no makeup makeup look - Essence Magic Filter Glow Booster -> mix it with the Elf Halo Glow Liquid Filter and it gives you a foundation in one - E.L.F. Cosmetics Hydrating Camo CC Cream -> I wore this in Punta Cana and it works well with the soft glam satin foundation - Covergirl Outlast Extreme Full Coverage Liquid Foundation in 820 Creamy Neutral -> such a good foundation and doesn't cake - Rose Inc Skin Enhance Luminous Tinted Serum in Light Neutral - Flower Beauty Light Illusion Full Coverage Concealer in Light-> it covers up my acne - Essence Brightening Up Banana Powder -> I use this after my concealer and after contour and this works really well - Wet N Wild 5 in 1 Essence Primer and Finish Powder Cheeks: - Basic Beauty Bronzy AF Palette -> what I love most about it is the middle shade makes such a good contour shade - NYX Buttermelt Bronzer in Butta Cup/ Buttermelt Blush in U Know Butta - Love + Craft + Beauty Liquid Cosmic Blush in Mercury Moves -> this is the most perfect color for spring/summer time - Wander Beauty Wanderess Glow Highlighter in After Hours : - AOA Shadow Stay Eye Primer -> love how this is an exact dupe of the Urban Decay Primer Potion - AOA Sunday Afternoon Eyeshadow Quad in Depresso -> quick evening look and cute for the sparkly shade - ACE Beaute Mystic Romance Eyeshadow Palette - Sephora Collection Colorful Eyeshadow in Smell of Roses -> tough to use your fingers but beautiful looks with a brush - Colourpop Creme Gel Liner in Calabasas -> such a pretty color for everyday and year around look - Essence Meta Glow Duo Chrome Eye Pencil in Chromatic Love - Maybelline Lash Sensational Sky High Washable Mascara in Blue Mist -> I want the pink one but can't find it anywhere - Ioni False Lashes Lips: - Charlotte Tilbury Lip Wardrobe Set - E.L.F. O Face Satin Lipsticks in Dirty Talk, Effortless and No Regrets - Tower 28 Beauty Shine On Lip Jelly in Pistachio
Love you and your whole look today! I tried to use tretinoin, all different strengths, for several YEARS and I never got past the peeling/flaking stage. My dermatologist said that the best retinol product is the one you can use consistently-so now I’m using the Cerave Resurfacing Serum and it’s great! After a month I can see a tiny bit of difference, but no side effects. ❤
I am really enjoying this series! Thank you for providing us with detailed and informative reviews of these products. They are helpful when deciding on whether or not to buy new products! ❤
Thank you so much for being so thorough with your explanations and what it is about a product that you enjoy. And thank you for being open to the idea that others may feel differently about products. I really appreciate hearing your reviews because I know what I'm getting myself into when I buy a product. Love spending some time with you.
Thanks for doing this. I love how you do this quarterly so we're not so overwhelmed end of the year. And to remind us what was & still is good. I'm late watching your video because we had a cell service outage in my village when the electricity went out yesterday. Thank you for keeping me company !
It’s a good thing I’m working on my self control. I’m on a no buy right now, and then I watch a Jen Phelps video. Five minutes in, I’m thinking I absolutely need whatever she’s wearing. 😂
Out of all the UA-camrs, I've noticed our tastes match the most - I love all the eyeshadow palettes you mentioned and I actually own the Makeup revolution palette. The Alter Ego palettes are on my wishlist, those exact ones you mentioned! I love that color scheme and cooler tones ❤
Same page as you with retinol! Keep trying and keep stopping. I’m going to try the elf oil .. I loved a high end version But too pricey. Tks for sharing . 😊
Jen, I tried that Tree Hut Cherry Rave scrub, body butter and body wash and I love it! It's like sophisticated cherry and my mom loves it too. Thanks for the rec.
I picked up one of the Fwee blushes and if anyone out there is missing the Shiseido Minimalist Whipped blushes these are pretty similar, just kinda weird to be putting something fruity on your cheeks. I wish Thrive was in stores, the only shadow stick I've ever panned and replaced is one of theirs. By the way, I recently learned that Smashbox was founded by one of Max Factor's sons. Or was it grandsons? Either way, I had no idea there was a connection!
I also love the Huda foundation, and the maybelline brow glue I bought because of your video where you compared it to the Loreal and I also love it!! I also bought the revolution eyeshadow palette, I bought 2 actually. The one you have and the warm toned one. I’m loving them ❤ Lifterliners are better than any high end ones I own, they are sooo good, that’s all I use now. I bought 3 of them ❤.
Thank you, Jen!😘😘😘 Simple, Honest routines & products are much more pleasing to me these days... thanks for not listing 20 layers before foundation/skin tint even begins!🥰❤️💄💋👑
I've said it before but I'll say it again. I hardly buy recommendations or even watch UA-cam but I have definitely taken many of these and I'm glad I did!
You don’t look like 47 is knocking at your door, Jen! That IS a a robust round up. The Bubble line has me intrigued for sure. If an oil based retinol appeals to you, The Ordinary .05 retinol in squalane is wonderful and even more affordable at $8.60 for 1 oz. It is almost always in stock at my local Ulta.
Jen I took your recommendation for the Bubble sunscreen in the green tube and I LOVE it! It's made me a daily sunscreen girlie and I didn't used to wear it because I couldn't find one that didn't pill and ruin my make up. The Bubble one protects from burns, sits beautifully under makeup and doesn't break me out!Thank you so much for doing all the research you do to help us outa
I randomly grabbed the essence lovely lilac I think on your rec a while ago bc I wanted to try the color and it's become my daily go to! I do want different colors so am planning on grabbing a fenty so was happy to see it here!
The blush! Love the color on you and it looks like you changed the placement if not it’s spot on! . You always wear a pink shade, this compliments your skin and hair well!
Hi Jen, your eyeshadow looks so pretty, I love the combination of colors you used. I haven't seen the Essence matte lipstick, probably because I'm not a fan of mattes either!😂 Great video, thank you.💚
I have to agree, Jen, I just buy stuff from the shop, I hate to wait for it to come in the post, upset if it broken, hassle to get it exchanged, and sometimes it just runs out/dries up, and you can't wait for it to come anyway. 😊
I remember getting a Bubble sample once and I put off trying it because I thought I wouldn’t like it and the packaging seemed geared towards younger people. I figured it wouldn’t be very moisturizing for my maturing skin. I wish I could remember which one it was (it was a few years ago now), but I actually really loved it! I kinda forgot about it…thanks for reminding me. 😊
I was wondering you are going to check out the new E.L.F. glittery single eyeshadows ( I believe they were trying to dupe the UD Moondust shades ) called Fine as Fleck glitter eyeshadows? I ordered them and so excited to try them cause I refuse to pay the prices of the UD ones.
I bought that Milani primer, and Black Cherry Vanilla lip oil, and I'm LOVING both❤ The primer makes my face look so smooth, I can almost go without foundation. I also bought Daylight palette, and really enjoying that too. I recently got back to using body oils too, and enjoying Dr. Teals oil, in Shea Butter and Almond Oil. It smells Amazing, and non greasy, more of a drier oil. That blush from Essence is really good too. Lots of color, lasts all day. I think drugstore makeup may be making a comeback ...only time will tell. 😊❤🥂💃
Thank you so much for this! You and I must have identical taste and makeup because you have not steered me wrong yet. I’m sure my husband doesn’t love hearing your voice, because I end up getting all the recommendations 😂
Hi Jen! I would love if you could test the Medipeel neck cream. It looks like a very unique product and it’s affordable! Thank you for all of the wonderful recommendations. I hope you have a wonderful day ❤
Hi Jen, Your skin, makeup and hair look amazing in this video! So pretty!! Thanks for another fantastic video - such a wealth of info!! Also, I love all the drugstore content!! Btw - Happy Thanksgiving from Canada!! ❤
Oh my, the Milani primer, AWESOME! I have been using it for a week now and no matter what foundation I use, it makes it look so much smoother, and it's worth every penny! And like it doesn't, I went out and bought it right after seeing this video, so thank you so much!
Same exact thing happens to me with retinol. I never get past the inflamed phase! Ive tried everything as well. Mixing a pea size 1x every other week with moisturizer on top etc.. im definitely picking the Elf one up based on your recommendation. Crossing my fingers xoxx
Hi Jen, thank you for all your honesty on these products, I very appreciate all your hard work that you put into this video,I enjoyed watching this video, this is my 3rd one from round up series. Love Katherine xoxo
I just love watching your videos! So helpful. I love how you explain the feel of a product. I am new to your channel, so I’m not sure if you have a video for more natural drug store/ Ulta/ Sephora products that you like? Im noticing as I’ve aged, fragrance has become problematic. I love pretty scents, so that makes me sad. But it’s my reality. If you do have a video like that, could you please direct me to it? Also…I’m dying to find a new fragrance that won’t make me cough. Any ideas on a natural type fragrance for people sensitive to fragrance? Like essential oil or something? Thank you so much. You are just adorable. Inside and out. I could watch you all day!
Thank you for this video! It’s always so good to hear about the products you really enjoy and the reasons why! I cannot wait to get my hands on some of those blushes and lip products. I did buy many of those lip liners…. LOVE THEM!!! I don’t like spend a lot of money on blushes- even though I do splurge on many - so I am trying to stop that habit and enjoy many of your recommendations on the drugstore brands! Since retiring, I don’t need to go to work everyday, so I want simple makeup. Thank you!!!💕💕
I watched a Nikki uncut, and I love when makeup artists try something new and have an over the top, unexpected, WOW! reaction. She really liked the new Essence Lash Without Limits mascara. It comes in a brown that actually looks brown and not black. I had the same reaction, so much so, I threw out all my other mascaras except the Lisa Eldridge. It isn't tubing, but you may like it and it is $4.99! Lisa Eldridge had a real wow reaction to the (M)anasi silk powder. I actually found it in this county and am going to take a look at it tomorrow. Thanks for a delightful video!
You’ve sold me on trying the milani primer! I’ll definitely pick it up to try when my elf one is finished. I love these videos from you especially because you genuinely include the drugstore options, thank you 💗✨
Not me sitting here taking notes on all the stuff I need to try 😂 We have similar coloring and skin type, and I have loved a ton of stuff you like and mention. Currently loving the Thayers toner in the AM, and I just picked up the Milani primer. I also love the Caliray blushes but now I want to check out the Hard Candy ones. Loved this video!
MakeupForever has the best powders in my opinion. GIVE also has nice matte lipsticks that are not over drying and they are 30 percent off now at Sephora.
Thank you Jen! Amazing reviews and I'm looking forward to ordering and trying a lot of these products. Thank you for including so many affordable options! So appreciated! Have a super day!
Same here with the retinol irritation- i just stopped using the Neutrogena Retinol pro+that my derm recommended and any cleanser or moisturizer or toner I’d put on would burn so i stopped using it a few days ago and have noticed a major difference- will try the elf oil. Thank you
I love these round-ups! I tried the Revolution Icon palette after you tried it and loved it, and I loved it so much too that I ended up buying two of the others! Really impressed with them. Now I wanna try that Fenty blush! :D

Aw thank you so much! 🥰
I agree! Its such a realef to finally trust someone as Jen, that i do feel that want to help us decide on what to choose for ourselves...
Same 😅
I miss catrice so bad at ulta. Catrice had some of my holy grails.
I'm 40 years old and I love the brand bubble and versed
I’d love for you to do a ranking of skin tints and foundations ❤
The sweater off the shoulder will always be the vibe
My 83 year old Aunt went from department store skincare to Bubble! She loves the line plus that it's cruelty free.
How cute is that?!😄

You look so much younger sweet gal!! Idk if it's the makeup or something else but kudos to you 👏 💐 Keep up the awesome work & God Bless 🩵
I think it might be the hair colour - that slightly washed out orangey pinkish 'peachy redhead' (but not ginger) colour really suits Jen!

Hi. I'm just exhausted tonight and want to relax with you!
I adore how you look with the horizontal blush placement, so sweet and fresh! ❤
Yes, a video about the right blush options that are most flattering for certain skin tones would be great!
If you're looking for video ideas, it would be fun to see one on all the purple blushes =)
I'd like to borrow the time machine you obviously have. You look fantastic today!! ❤❤❤

Jen, your eye makeup in this video is just stunning !! ❤😊
Very helpful. Thanks for all you do. ❤
I had the same kind of experience with Tretinoin and retinol. I'll give the Elf a try. Thanks for such good advice and videos. ❤
Your roundup videos are some of my favorites!! So glad you found a reitnol that works for you! Thanks for this video
Super helpful! Thank you❤❤❤
Love your video, really helps!
I look forward to these videos all the time. So helpful and help me buy smart !! ❤
Your skin is beautiful!
I love the Maybelline brow gel as well! Works great!
Your makeup is so beautiful in this video! Love the blush placement
Love this video ❤
You’ve sold me on trying the milani primer! I’ll definitely pick it up to try when my elf one is finished. I love these videos from you especially because you genuinely include the drugstore options, thank you 💗✨
Not me sitting here taking notes on all the stuff I need to try 😂 We have similar coloring and skin type, and I have loved a ton of stuff you like and mention. Currently loving the Thayers toner in the AM, and I just picked up the Milani primer. I also love the Caliray blushes but now I want to check out the Hard Candy ones. Loved this video!
Great video. Would love to see you use a pink/red blush😊
Love your honest reviews! Thank you for all your work… you are one of my favorites even though I am 10 years older
Same here with the retinol irritation- i just stopped using the Neutrogena Retinol pro+that my derm recommended and any cleanser or moisturizer or toner I’d put on would burn so i stopped using it a few days ago and have noticed a major difference- will try the elf oil. Thank you
Fab video , could watch you for hours !! Lots of love from the UK x x x
I love these round-ups! I tried the Revolution Icon palette after you tried it and loved it, and I loved it so much too that I ended up buying two of the others! Really impressed with them. Now I wanna try that Fenty blush! :D
