Scanning a Recipe - Our Collective Cookbook

This video demonstrates, in real time, the simple process of scanning a paper recipe and saving it to the recipe database use with Our Collective Cookbook -- an app for iPad/iPhone devices.
A printed recipe is scanned, input and added to the app in roughly three minutes (including adding a picture of the recipe and proofreading and editing the scanned recipe).
This app is one of the easiest and most affordable ways to digitize your recipe collection and have it available to you wherever you go (vacation, relatives, grocery store, etc).
