No dear you should add ghee instead of butter because oil is liquid and when you add oil so the dough do not become good it become oily in summer ghee is melted you should take it in the fridge for 10 minutes 😊

Anu Wahi microwave ? no u need to use oven! and the temperature and time is 170°C and 17 mins

If you don't have vanilla essence then you can use coffee powder/honey/cinnamon powder/elaichi powder.. According to your taste 😊
