I live in London & quite often watch tourists vlogs - loved yours , your enthusiasm was lovely & glad you enjoyed come back soon . My experience- USA tourists very friendly & fun to meet always welcome ❤
Thanks for a really great video - beautifully shot and edited. So nice to see such a lovely family with two absolutely delightful and charming children. Welcome to the greatest city on earth! I know I'm biased as a Brit, but London still knocks my socks off every time I visit. I lived in London for 8 years and always loved meeting American tourists and other visitors from all around the world. 🇬🇧❤🇺🇸
I love this video - your kids are adorable, so much enthusiasm! It brings back memories of seeing the sights with our son - who is 20 now!😢 He’ll still do the odd day out with us, we have a Christmas tradition of going to the theatre and for dinner. One thing the children might enjoy next time is “Dino snores” at the Natural History Museum - you have a “night at the museum”, which is a treasure hunt in the dark and then get to sleep on the floor (on a rolled out mat!) underneath the whale or T. rex. Well, I say sleep, I probably got about an hour when we did it but the kids love it! They also do an adults version too 😂
@@marsh3368 We were just talking about the NHM last night at dinner. The kids brought up one of the exhibits and Scott mentioned he was bummed he didn’t get to go this trip, so we promised him we’d all check it out next time. Maybe we will look into those activities you mentioned - they should sound right up their alley!! Cannot WAIT to return! And thanks for the reminder about how fast time flies. I hope you get an extra squeeze from your 20-year-old this week!! And thanks for being here. Our vlog on Windsor and Bath is coming up next! ❤️
Looks lovely. Borough Food Market is well worth a visit, it's been going for about 1000 years. If you do go, get there early, say about 10 to 10.30am as it gets REALLY busy in the afternoon. There is even a Hotel Chocolat store there, and if you've not been in one of those yet you're in for a treat 😁
Will have to check out Hotel Chocolat next time! Sounds spectacular! The next vlog will cover Borough, but we barely scratched the surface. Thanks for sharing!
A Big British Welcome Hug 🤗❤ A fantastic video & I loved to see You & Your family smile & Enjoy all the Uk has to offer. Sorry about the weather, But apart from that I wish You all a fantastic stay & I look forward to watching the rest of Your journey. Big Love ❤
Regarding the underground, you need to come up with a plan. Decide that if the same thing happens again, the first ones on the train get off at the next stop and wait on the platform at the same spot. Then when the other train comes the rest of you will be on it in that carriage and you can board.
The eggs are coloured like that due to the food the hens are given. We get local eggs here in Cornwall (St Ewe, they’re amazing) and the ‘super feed’ gives those darker yolks. Zero fake colours. Glad you’re having a fab time 😊
If they were British, they would have REMAINED in the same seats just so they could happily indulge in doing a raised eyebrow, a side eye look and making a glorious “tutting” noise at their despair of “noisy Americans” 😂😂. No British person would deprive themselves of a having a reason to have a good old mumble n grumble by moving away from the source of their annoyance! What’s the point of that then eh?! 😂😂
@@user-gd9xf9zs9r Yes! We googled it (🤣🤣), and saw that. You just don’t see that here in the States. One of the things that we love about the UK - the better ingredients and fresh food!
It’s so refreshing to see such a lovely American family. The Americans we see on the news seem to hate everything and everyone with their MAGA hats etc. This video restores my faith in the US and proves they also have caring and intelligent people - so glad they enjoyed London
lol it was supposed to ! It was tongue in cheek as we say - British humour. As a Londoner it’s weird seeing places I haven’t been since my children were small like yours. With free museums London is a great place for little ones. Enjoy your travels 😊
The tubes in London move fast with tubes every 1-2 minutes in central London so no waiting around I'm afraid. Best to get positioned near a door after the stop before. The bus tours are an ok way to see some sights but London buses are much cheaper and may be a better solution for some. Dishroom is usually pretty good regardless of which restaurant location you eat at. Did you try the favourite dish of the UK, chicken tikka masala?
Great tips. Thanks! And one of us got the tikka masala and it was delicious. I just regret not getting more Indian while there! Do you have a favorite Indian restaurant in the city?
Do you listen to the news, when British newsreaders refer to the tower it is always called Big Ben ninety nine percent of the British population only know it as Big Ben so why do you bring up that the bell is Big Ben no one cares.

Hello @Palms & Palaces nice vlogs but while you are in England there are loads of fun places for you to visit. You must visit the Barbicsn Conservatory and do a vlog on it. You must also do a flog on the Tower Bridge Experience and Flamingoland Theme Park And Zoo.
We will be covering the Tower Bridge in the next vlog. And I will look up the others that you shared. Thank you so much for passing these along, and for watching! :)
