I only was running 1 rush Luffy in this video. I think 2 is too much because you never want to see 2 in hand. Sometimes you need to include the single tech cards, you never know when you might need them.

As far as starting hands, I alwasy love to see Kid, Gordon/RaiseMax, and Penguin (In that Order). I Mull if i have no reducers, and/or no Kid's.
