The backing vocals and the harmonies are so Blur. On a 3/4 Time signature, just like some songs in Parklife, TGE and some B-side. Yet it sounds from now. Great song, so melancholic

It was called "don't shoot the messenger". It's based in the future where a bunch of kids are surviving in a land where all the adults disappeared. Theres four families each with different skills, the main character is a lone girl who passes messages.

This album sound in general more like a Daon Albarn solo record. Apart form 2 or 3 moments the rest is not very Blur. The Magic Whip felt more like a Blur album.
