I was a retail security guard. I worked in shopping centres. I was never trained in "filming rights" or even access laws. I was always told by management to stop anyone filming "because it could be used to plan a robbery" unless they had permission from centre management. We would also frequently "bar" junky shop lifters who inevitably would spend their day trying to sneak back in. Made for a quick shift but I cringe looking back now at my behaviour and lack of training.

if your going to audit and come upon a security guard try to be as neutral and passive as possible. never go alone always have someone else recording the person recording. this should be live streamed so there is no risk of interference or deletion of evidence.
