The program for mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato's Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage recital debut at Carnegie Hall on March 6 includes the world premiere of Jake Heggie's "The Breaking Waves," commissioned by Carnegie Hall and written for DiDonato.
