Hi I have this model and want to know why it takes so long to start the scooter with the RF key what's you advice and tip Thank Robert

To me, it takes about 2 seconds to start the electric scooter with the NFC card. 💳🛴
What am I doing wrong I put the card on the display screen and it takes like a minute or so
Maybe you dont put it right, on the lower side of the screen. 💳⚡️🛴⚡️📲
Hi I've tried it and it still takes at least a minute sometimes 30 seconds it's new but I thought it would start in a few seconds like yours I've watched other vidios and they are sliding the card all over the place eventually it says pass I'm abit annoyed with this

It works to me everytime when I'm using the Ducati Urban e-Mobility mobile phone app., using the Bluetooth conection. ✌️

On the down-left side of the main screen of the app it is an arrow button exactly above the settings button.

It costs about 120 $ the one for me and 50 $ the one for the kids.
