In this final video of building a 1cc Glow ignition model airplane engine, we take a look at making the last part needed to run the engine - the Carburetor.
Lots of small parts to make in this one.
With the engine completed, it will need a quick run on the test stand then it's onto the airplane to do some flying!
Stick around to the end for a sneak peek

Precision engineering at its finest. Big respect. 👌
I recently started following this series. Must say your machining skills are amazing. Not only that, building a functional engine require some crazy knowledge. Cant wait to see this little engine flying!
Once again, beautiful work and very well presented. Thank you for sharing it with us.
That was by far and away the best 16 minutes and 43 seconds of my day! What a beautiful job you have done on this project! And the teaser at the end was rude, crude, and socially unacceptable! Now I won’t be able to sleep until I see the fire it up vid! Lol! Thanks for a truly outstanding video and channel! And of course I subbed!
Thanks! the running video should go up tomorrow afternoon.
its very good thank you
I want to do something like this for a job.
You need a fast flick with a 3-blade prop on a small engine !
lovely!
Good morning, do you also build the spark plug and alternator?
Beautiful craftsmanship ❤ when I work I Alu I use alcohol for lubrication...it works wonders 👍😎 do you use that or just oil?
Thanks! depending on what i'm doing i'll either use staight 30 weight oil or isopropyl alcohol with a few percent oil mixed in. the oil is mostly so it leaves behind a film so the machines aren't at risk of rust.
Very Clickspring-esque! What tiny parts.
😁
