I love this. Claire was one of my favorite characters before they threw her under the bus with post partum depression and made her a villain. She was at her best when she followed Fletcher to Beirut to save him. Do you have episodes from Beirut and/or Barbados? Seeing your clips, I realize my collection is missing some.
I don't have many. Around that time most are compilations and not many full episodes and the quality as you noticed on the video is grainy at best. I have always been willing to trade with people if you have other episodes as well.
Glossed over 85 & 86 years. Great scenes w/Kim Zimmer during the Reva/Cain/Kyle & Fletcher fight on the bridge. Claire also was instrumental in breaking up Kyle & Maeve’s marriage.
I do wish they would have kept Claire on the canvas along with Michelle. I'm sure that as they both aged, they could at least be friends if not a true mother/daughter relationship. It would have been very interesting if Claire had married someone or gotten pregnant and became a good mother to the child spurring some jealousy with Michelle. Oh, the possibilities were endless!
Wouldn't it have been a Hoot if it were discovered that Rick was Michelle's Father and not Ed since Claire was the first Woman he slept with. Or even have it discovered that Fletcher Reade was Michelle's Bio Father. I wish that Peyton Raines was Rick's Daughter and not Alan's and Frank Cooper was Dahlia Crede's Father.
Loved Susan Pratt in any role she played. Claire was great until the powers that be at Guiding Light turned her into a villain. I hated that storyline. She was absolutely gorgeous though.
She just looked really different when she came back ironically she looked younger when she was older. The fashion 80's made people look older she not the only actress I feel looked older when they were actually younger.
Hopefully I will eventually do Reva and Beth but I have almost nothing of Sonny. If you have anything of Sonny I would be willing to trade to buy episodes from you.
Susan Pratt was great!! She was great with Ed, Fletch, & Rick!!!

Wasn't that Ellen Dolan at 3:48? I absolutely loved her as Margo Hughes on As The World Turns. Never knew she was on Guiding Light.
Ellen Dolan was actually the original Maureen Bauer. When she left Ellen Parker took over the role.

Since Fletcher ended up getting Holly pregnant did anyone ever question if he was Michelle dad or did anyone question if Meg was really his.

I honestly don't know, but this is the same show that Reva had a child after having Menopause. As far as I know it was never explained.
