Siege is such a hard game. It’s one thing to know every operator, but another to use them to their full potential. You can be the best aimer in the world but still be beat by a pixel peak 7 light years away. There is so much to learn about in this game which is why I find it so intriguing. You have a great mind for siege (not to mention great mechanics) and watching the game from a new player’s perspective is really fun. The only tip I have for you as a new player is to learn the art of the lean. I had to relearn my mechanics because I switched to pc a year ago, but I spent alot of time in T-hunts to master it. Sadly, they removed T-hunt but arcade works just fine for practice. Usually you want to lean in the direction you’re walking in, not the opposite. There will be some situations where this rule doesn’t apply, but you want to do this a majority of the time. Other than that, you are on your way to becoming a great player. Hope you have fun
@@mOki.i nah this game is shit... u get people elo glitching causing abandoned sanctions lmao. I have been playing for 2 months and hit emerald the game is not hard
As a veteran returning player you’re right about junkossg, definitely the only reason I started playing again. Aim will put you above the average beginner but like you said this game is all about learning the map and map callouts without knowing them you’re just playing COD. There’s always something new to be learned in this game wether it be a new spawn peak, pixel peak, or gadget play like with azami walls and that’s what makes this game so enjoyable and challenging.
cant believe i managed to find this video after subscribing to you, as someone who moved from overwatch (before ow2) to rainbow six siege and definitely have been in your shoes, i can't help but smile the entire time with the fact that someone else is also interested in the game!!

When you're playing Kali VS Clash, shooting her shield actually bounces the shield off to the side, allowing your team to shoot her legs. This is great if you have a duo partner to play it off with.
For a beginner, you play really good, but I'm gonna give you an advice : on attack, you take gunfights on longer range, so you wanna use the 1.5 scope, it's considered as the best scope in the game. Also, what a lot beginners do, is that they rush into the building (on attack) without droning out anything, so you should start droning out the room before you enter. It shouldn't take more than 10-20 seconds tho, you wanna take the map control asap. (edit: I wrote this after watching day one, but I'm gonna keep the comment here anyways, maybe it will help somebody who's watching this video :)
Honestly for a beginner your ability to communicate where the enemy is without proper callouts and having your friend know where that is generally is a very strong thing to have Your friend is so supportive, he says “well played” or “nice” whenever u make a good play a 1v3 left on the new player but u had the advantage of constant enemy position updates in your headphones (Nice clutch tho)
I honestly relate to this a ton lmao TL;DR Titanfall 2 pro scene player swapped to siege I came from titanfall 2 pro scene and the movement difference between that and siege really smacked me around for the first week or so. Well, having history with fps especially with aim focused in OW really helped you here. And that's what you really need actually paired with map knowledge.
As a R6 vet i love this video and i hope many new players will watch this because it was a perfect tutorial video on how to learn the basics. Btw you aim in insane
Funnily enough you can do alot with thermite and his charges, by putting one on the floor infront of a hardwall you can create foot holes to shoot out the ankles of a mf. And if a hardwall has a mute jammer you can put it in either top corner to get around it. And there are a few ways to create double breaches along corners.
The R6 is now more accessible than before with frequent changes. However, there will still be certain difficulties for new players. They will easily get bored of being killed without knowing the reason for it being repeated over and over again.
